Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Materials Farming Guide – How to Farm Materials

With the help of our Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Materials Farming Guide, you will be able to learn all about farming different materials in the game.

Materials have many different uses in the game, and there are multiple ways to farm every one of them. However, finding them on your own can take a lot of time and our Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Materials Farming Guide will ensure that that does not happen.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Materials Farming

Let us go ahead and look at all materials individually to see the multiple ways that they can be farmed. It is up to you to decide which of these ways is the fastest and you can quickly find more materials of your choice this way.

Here are all of the materials that can be farmed in the game and the different methods that you can use to farm them.

Iron Metal

This is not that hard to get. You can dismantle equipment to get Iron Metal. Any weapon will give you some ore that will become Iron Metal. You can also take out enemy ships and around caves to find this resource in abundance.

Obsidian Glass

Obsidian Glass can be bought from the Blacksmiths. However, if you do not want to shell out cash, you can steal some ore from forts and nation chests.

You can also get it from the war supplies before you burn them down and from enemy leaders when you are looting them. Conquest Battles are probably the best way to earn yourself some Obsidian Glass.

Precious Gems

You can get Precious Gems through Bounties and killing Mercenaries. You can have Mercenaries on your tail by being a criminal who is caught and they will pretty much bring Precious Gems to your door.

You can also dismantle gear to get it. However, remember that the gear must not be Common/Rare quality so you should try to find Epic Gear if you want to farm Precious Gems using that method.

Olive Wood

Olive Wood can also be farmed by dismantling gear such as weapons and bows. Exploration will also yield you Olive Wood in the form of small bushes. Lastly, boats are probably the best way to farm Olive Wood as you can sink them and then collect the wood.

Soft Leather

Taking down ships will also get you Soft Leather though only in miniscule quantities. Farming wildlife is probably your best bet if you want to get your hands on Soft Leather.

Kill animals to get it among other items that can net you a handsome profit when sold at the Blacksmith. Deer are probably the best animals to kill if you are looking to farm some Soft Leather.
