Atlus Announces Persona 5 E3 Plans
Atlus has Persona 5 E3 plans to put into motion once the conference starts next week. The fifth game in the Shin Megami Tensei spin-off, which is slated to come out some time this year, is the highly-anticipated sequel to Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, which is called one of the best Japanese RPGs in years.
According to the website Gematsu, the Atlus character designer for Persona 5, Shigenori Soejima will be appearing at the Atlus E3 booth to participate in Fan Question and Answer sessions, autograph signings, and he will also give a talk about the game’s character designs.
The Atlus Persona 5 E3 plans will also include the company giving out a bunch of Persona 5 merchandise to fans that visit the booth during the conference. The bags in question will be a few pieces of Persona 5 artwork, along with a hat shaped like the game’s animal team member Morgana the Cat.
The Persona 5 E3 plans even stretch to the E3 ID badges that will be handed out to every attendee, as the badges in question are Persona 5 themed. On one side will be Morgana again, while the other will be the main character of the game in black and white.
E3 2016 will be taking place in Los Angeles, California from June 14 to June 16, while Microsoft and Playstation will both have their conferences before the actual convention starts in order to show off games in-progress or announce upcoming games. Whether Sony will take the opportunity at their conference to show off things about Persona 5 (after the game has had a number of trailers come out independently) is another story.
We may even get lucky and the Persona 5 E3 plans could include a new trailer showed not at the Playstation conference but stealth-posted online during the conference in order to send the Internet into another whirlwind of excitement.
