Sonapan Shrine Location In Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom

Sonapan Shrine is one of the eight Hyrule Ridge shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and it is the one that sits in an orchard. It stands on the eastern shoulder of Satori Mountain, a short walk from the cave that shares the mountain's name, and the trees around it are the reason most players end up here before they know a shrine is waiting. This page collects everything our other guides say about the spot: how to walk to it, what grows behind it, which Koroks hide within a stone's throw, and which Lightroot lies underneath.

Where Sonapan Shrine is in Zelda: TotK

Our full shrine list puts Sonapan Shrine at the coordinates -1921, -0357, 0228 and gives the simplest approach: start at Nima Plain and head west until you reach the treeline. The Hyrule Ridge roundup describes the same spot from the other side, east of Satori Cave, with the shrine tucked into the shade of the apple orchards on top of Satori Mountain.

If you are coming from the south, the neighbouring Usazum Shrine is reached by walking north out of Dalite Forest toward the same mountain, so the two can be cleared in one trip up the slope.

Sonapan Shrine and the Depths

Every shrine on the surface has a Lightroot directly beneath it, and Sonapan is no exception. Our Lightroots guide places Napanos Lightroot in the Hyrule Ridge section of the Depths, east of the Blupee Burrow. Activating either one gives you a fast travel point on its own layer, so finding the shrine first tells you exactly where to drop down for the root, and vice versa. The shrines guide lists every one of these pairs.

Like all 152 shrines, Sonapan rewards a Light of Blessing. Collect four and any Goddess Statue will trade them for either more health or more stamina.
