The Smithscript Cirque is a backhand blade in Elden Ring that was introduced with the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. A throwing blade crafted with the smithing arts, this circular blade can be used to hit enemies from afar.
Backhand Blades are the best weapons in Elden Ring, and the Smithscript Cirque is among the top ones. However, finding this blade is not an easy task. In this guide, we will tell you how to acquire the Smithscript Cirque blade and how you can use it to craft an amazing Dexterity/Faith build.
Smithscript Cirque Weapon Location in Elden Ring

Smithscript Cirque in Elden Ring can be looted from a corpse inside the Ruined Forge of the Starfall Past.
This small dungeon can be found south of Moorth Ruins and Southeast of Castle Ensis entrance. It is directly east of the Great Ellac Bridge and is marked on the map.

Once you enter the Forge through a small door inside a ruined house, go forward and cross the small bridge. Defeat the misbegotten enemy and pull the lever to lower the wall to your left.

Go to the other side and defeat the Fire Blob enemy. Turn right and go past the rubble, beneath another bridge. Go through the narrow corridor and turn right near another Blob Enemy to locate a ladder.

Climb the ladder and go through another narrow corridor. Turn right to enter a hall with some Blob enemies and a troll. Climb the rubble to the left to go to the upper area.

There is a small door at the end leading to a massive lift. Turn right and look down to locate a bridge. Carefully drop down on the bridge and go towards a dead troll. Pull the lever on the left side to lower another door.

Go through the door until you reach another hall with multiple golem enemies. Interact with the dead body at the end of the hall to collect the Smithscript Cirque weapon in Elden Ring.
