Dragon Communion Seal is a Sacred Seal in Elden Ring that scales primarily with Arcane instead of Faith stat. This seal buffs dragon incantations and is a dream come true for bleed magic builds.
However, finding the Dragon Communion Seal is not that easy. In this guide, we will help you locate it and how you can use it to gain the most benefit against enemies and in PvP.
Dragon Communion Seal Location
Dragon Communion Seal can be obtained by killing a Banished Knight inside the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave. This dungeon is located in the earliest sections of the game, near the Stranded Graveyard Site of Grace.
This is where you started the game and can’t enter earlier in the game as two imp seals lock the door. You will need two Stonesword Keys to dispel the fog and enter Fringefolk Hero’s Grave.
There is a poison lake initially, so we recommend using either Neutralizing Boluses or Law of Regression incantation. Once you reach the other side, you will be greeted by a chariot that can kill you in a single hit if you come in contact with it.
Time your run and run while avoiding the chariot. You can temporarily hide near the walls where the Banished Knights are. Keep going down the path, avoiding the same chariot again and again. It will follow you to the end, and there is no checkpoint in between.
Once you reach the end of the path, you will notice a room with a much more powerful Banished Knight. You need to defeat this specter to obtain the Dragon Communion Seal. This is a 100% guaranteed drop.
Dragon Communion Seal Stats and Requirements
Dragon Communion Seal is used to increase the effectiveness of Dragon Communion Incantations by 15%. The only incantation that is not affected by it is Placidusax’s Ruin.
This seal requires 10 Faith and 10 Arcane to use it properly. It has D scaling with Fai and C scaling with Arc, making it an ideal choice for Arcane users inclined towards Dragon incantations.
It can’t be infused with any Ash of War or consumables like grease. You can upgrade the Dragon Communion Seal up to +10 with the help of Somber Smithing Stones.
The Dragon Communion Seal is better at lower levels than the Erdtree Seal and Godslayer’s Seal, but it doesn’t scale as well at higher levels. You can sell it for 200 Runes to any merchant in the game.

Dragon Communion Seal can be used to cast incantations like any other Sacred Seal in the Elden Ring.
