In Ark Scorched Earth, Organic Polymer is a natural resource that can be used as a direct replacement for Polymer in crafting. However, there are just two ways of getting it: you can harvest it by killing Mantis and Deathworms.

Organic Polymer is most notably used in crafting the Ghillie Suit, which will help survive the intense heat and reduce the visibility against creatures. In addition, Organic Polymer may be used to make any item with regular Polymer in its crafting recipe.

Unlike regular Polymer, Organic Polymer has a spoil timer of 30 minutes. Therefore, you can use the Organic Polymer to craft Soap to remove this spoil timer. Note that Soap has 0 spoiler time; you can keep your resource safe. One good thing about this method is that you can always deconstruct Soap to get Organic Polymer. Mantis can easily be found everywhere on the Dunes. Once you locate a Mantis, use a sword or club to fight, and you will get Organic Polymer. You can also use a Wyvern to eat the Mantis to get the resource. As tons of Mantis are available on the Scorched Earth map, you can farm lots of Organic Polymer.

The first spot where you will find Mantis is at 12.1 Latitude and 52.0 Longitude.

The next spot is at 77.0 Latitude and 22.4 Longitude.

Killing Deathworms

The next method includes finding and killing Deathworms. These creatures spawn randomly in the desert area of the Scorched Earth map. You won’t get Organic Polymer just by defeating the Deathworm, but you must collect the bag that spawns after killing this creature.

Deathworm Location #1

The first spot is at 47.5 Latitude and 92.8 Longitude. Move towards the west at 48.8 Latitude and 89.1 Longitude to get another Deathworm.

The next spot is at 58.2 Latitude and 88.0 Longitude.

The third Deathworm location is at 06.3 Latitude and 21.6 Longitude.

The final Deathworm spot is at 88.9 Latitude and 30.1 Longitude.

Organic Polymer Spawn Command

If you’re having trouble finding Organic Polymer in Ark Scorched Earth, you can use its spawn commands to have it spawn directly in your inventory. To do this, you must open the cheat console by pressing the TAB key on your keyboard.

If you’re playing on PlayStation, you’ll need to hold down L1, R1, Square, and Triangle at once, and similarly, on Xbox, hold down, LB, RB, X, and Y at once. Once the console opens, simply type in the command “cheat gfi Polymer_Organic 1 0 0” and hit enter.
