Dragon Cult Prayerbook is a key item in the Elden Ring that unlocks unique sorceries imparted by the ancient dragons. A lot of sorceries and incantations in the game can be obtained by either scavenging or killing particular foes. Dragon Cult Prayerbook Location
Dragon Cult Prayerbook can be obtained by killing a lone Leyndell Knight patrolling the area south of Artist’s Shack in Liurnia of the Lakes.
To find this area, you need to start from the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace. Once you defeat Godrick the Grafted and leave Stormveil Castle, this is the first Site of Grace you will come across.
Go to its east side and jump down using the stone slabs as the platforms. From there, keep going north until you reach the Artist’s Shack, marked on the map. Don’t go left as it will take you to Liurnia of the Lakes.
Unlock the Site of Grace in Artist’s Shack and go south to find a Leyndell Knight patrolling the area. These knights can be distinguished from their unique golden attire that covers their bodies from head to toe.
It is a very formidable enemy, especially if you are on a lower level with a small HP. This knight uses a spear and Lightning Incantations that can easily one-shot you.
We recommend backstabbing the Leyndell Knight by using stealth to gain the upper hand. Keep your distance and heal frequently. Once you kill the Leyndell Knight, he will drop the Dragon Cult Prayerbook. Don’t worry, as it is a 100% confirmed drop.
How to use Dragon Cult Prayerbook
Dragon Cult Prayerbook can only be used by handing it over to either Brother Corhyn or Miriel, pastor of vows.
You can find Corhyn inside Roundtable Hold and Miriel, the pope turtle, in Church of Vows. This church is directly north of Artist’s Shack and you can obtain a huge amount of lore by talking to Miriel.
Once you hand over the book to either, they will allow you to learn incantations present in the Dragon Cult Prayerbook. This book offers three Lightning Incantations.
- Electrify Armament (4000 runes)
- Honed Bolt (7000 runes)
- Lightning Spear (6000 bolts)
