The Verdigris Discus Talisman is a new addition to Elden Ring with the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Considered a jewel of the fallen flame god, this talisman grants massive attack resistance at higher weight loads.
Finding the Verdigris Discus Talisman in Elden Ring is not an easy task. It is well-hidden and requires an imbued sword key. In this guide, we will help you find this talisman and how you can use it to increase your defenses effectively.
Verdigris Discus Talisman Location in Elden Ring

Verdigris Discus Talisman in Elden Ring can be obtained by reaching a secret area of the Ancient Ruins of Rauh by using an imbued sword key at a teleporter.

To reach this teleporter, start from the Highway Cross site of grace, east of Castle Ensis. Go west and then drop down into a small pool. You will notice a small hill right in front of you with a building on top.

Climb the hill and interact with the imp statue to use the Imbued Stonesword Key to unlock the teleporter. There are four Imbued Stonesword Keys in Elden Ring, which can be obtained from the following locations.
- From a treasure chest near the topmost tower on the Four Belfries in Liurnia of the Lakes.
- From a dead body found on the rooftops of the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
- From a treasure chest in Sellia in Caelid, by solving the fire brazier puzzle.
- From a treasure chest found at the back of Castle Ensis.

Once you use the teleporter near Castle Ensis, it will take you to the secret area of the Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Go through the section between the waterfalls after defeating the Divine Bird Warrior and interact with the item on the altar to collect the Verdigris Discus Talisman in Elden Ring.

Verdigris Discus Talisman Stats and Uses
The Verdigris Discus Talisman is for the people who don’t hate the fat roll and want their defenses at peak.

This talisman increases the defense against both physical and elemental attacks by 10% with the heavy load and 20% when overburdened.
This talisman doesn’t work at normal and light-weight loads. It also stacks with other defense-increasing talismans like the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman. The damage negation for the Verdigris Discus Talisman is a bit low during PvP (7.5 and 15 percent, respectively).
This talisman weighs 4.5 and can be sold for 500 Runes to any merchant in Elden Ring. We strongly recommend against it as it can only be obtained once per playthrough.
