In addition to the quests, you can find the locations of the Locked Gold Chests and unlock them using the Gold Key. These chests may also randomly drop Refinium, so you can try that method as well.

How to use Refinium in GBF Relink
To use Refinium, all you will need to do is follow the Hammer icon and head to the “Blacksmith.” Once you reach the blacksmith in either of the two towns, you must choose the “Upgrade weapons” option.
Here, after selecting the weapon, you can choose the second option, “Uncap Max Level.” If you have other items along with the required amount of Refinium, you can Uncap the max level. Currently, the max level in GBF Relink is 150, but it may increase in the future.
You can also exchange the extra Refinium you have at Siero’s Shop in Granblue Fantasy Relink for some Knickknack Vouchers. These vouchers can be exchanged for high-quality Sigils, streamlining your progress further.
