Cyberpunk 2077 Ripperdoc Locations: All Thirteen and What Each Sells

A Ripperdoc is a back-room surgeon with a shop counter, and every one of them stocks a different shelf. That is the only thing about them worth memorising, because the implant you are looking for is usually sold in exactly one place and the map does not tell you which. Thirteen of them are documented below, sorted by district, with what our own cyberware pages actually buy at each counter. Two more turn up at the end, because our pages shop at clinics this list does not contain.

Watson, where five of the thirteen are

Cassius RyderNorthside, in front of a large hotelHeal-on-Kill at 35,000, and Reinforced Tendons
Charles BucksKabuki, north of the Central PlazaMemory Boost, and the top cyberdeck on our rankings
Robert RainwaterKabuki, behind a lower marketplaceNothing our pages name

Viktor is the one you cannot miss, because the main story walks you into his clinic before you have any choice in the matter, and he is a reasonable default for anything you do not want to drive across the city for. Buck's Clinic is the quiet heavyweight: our cyberdeck rankings put the Tetratronic Rippler M.K 5 first of ten on 20 base RAM, and it is sold there, which makes Kabuki the opening stop for anyone building toward quickhacks.

Westbrook, City Center and Heywood

The Downtown clinicCity Center, near the bridge to the offshore islandMantis Blades at 100,350
The Wellsprings clinicHeywood, on the street nearest the waterTitanium Bones, Monowire, Second Heart, the Netdriver Mk.5

Wellsprings is the single most productive stop on this page and the original article says so, calling it the shop with a few legendary implants worth the journey. Four of the implants our best cyberware guide recommends are sold there, including Titanium Bones at 2,000 eddies, the cheapest worthwhile purchase on our cyberware list. Japantown is the second cluster, with three of the defensive implants between one counter. If you are making one shopping trip rather than five, make it Heywood then Westbrook.

Santo Domingo and Pacifica

The Arroyo clinicArroyo, the southeastern edge of Santo DomingoZetatech Berserk MK.4, Kerenzikov
The West Wind Estate clinicPacifica, east side near the city edgeOptic Camo at 28,000

Those two camo entries are the same implant described twice by two of our own pages, in two different clinics and with two different durations, which our best cyberware guide sets out in full rather than picking a winner. Arroyo is worth the drive for a different reason: it sells both of the time-manipulation implants short of the Sandevistan, and Arroyo is also where the crafting spec for Comrade's Hammer drops, so one trip out to Santo Domingo can pay for itself twice over. That spec is on our iconic weapon locations guide.

The two clinics missing from this list

Our own pages shop at two counters that are not among the thirteen, and both are worth knowing about. Dr. Chrome, in the Kabuki market in Watson, sells Reinforced Tendons on one of our cyberware pages and Subdermal Armor at 14,000 on the other, which would make six Ripperdocs in Watson rather than five. And a Badlands Ripperdoc sells the BioMonitor at 42,000, which matters because the list above covers six city districts and nothing outside them, even though the article introducing it promises clinics inside and outside Night City. Treat thirteen as the number our map holds rather than the number that exists, and expect at least fifteen.

What to buy before you drive anywhere

The thing that stops most players is not the distance, it is the requirement. Almost everything on these counters is gated behind an attribute score or a Street Cred figure rather than behind the price, so a shopping trip planned around your bank balance tends to end with two purchases and four refusals. Second Heart and the Netdriver Mk.5 both want Street Cred 49, the Synaptic Signal Optimizer wants Body 20, and the Limbic Enhancement System wants Intelligence 18. Check the requirement column on our cyberware guide before the drive, and our main Cyberpunk 2077 guide for every other bill this city sends.

FAQ

How many Ripperdocs are there in Cyberpunk 2077?

Our map lists thirteen across six districts. Two more, Dr. Chrome in Kabuki and a Badlands clinic, are named by our cyberware pages but missing from that list.

Which Ripperdoc is the best in Cyberpunk 2077?

The Wellsprings clinic in Heywood, which stocks four of the implants we recommend, including Titanium Bones at 2,000 eddies and the Netwatch Netdriver Mk.5.

Where is the first Ripperdoc in Cyberpunk 2077?

Viktor Vector in Little China, at the southern edge of Watson. The main story takes you to him, so he is the first counter every V sees.

Do all Ripperdocs sell the same cyberware?

No. Each clinic keeps its own shelf, which is why a specific implant usually means a specific drive. A few items, such as Reinforced Tendons, are stocked in more than one place.
