Cyberpunk 2077 Apartments: What Each One Costs and What Is Inside

Property is one of the few things in Night City that comes with a sticker price and no reputation gate attached. Four apartments are for sale, they cost 115,000 eddies between them, and nothing stops you buying all four the moment you can afford them. What you are buying is a stash, a weapon rack, a bed that pays the Rested bonus and a shower that pays the combat regen, plus whatever furniture the room happens to hold. Five more places to sleep arrive attached to people and quests rather than to money. This page puts the prices next to the contents so you can decide which ones are worth the transfer.

The four you buy

ApartmentDistrictPriceWhat is in it
NorthsideWatson5,000The cheapest, thin on extras, with a Roach Race arcade cabinet
JapantownWestbrook15,000A record player, an incense burner and a guitar
The GlenHeywood40,000Pool table, large TV, coffee machine, record player, clean entrance
Corpo PlazaCity Center55,000Record player, tea set, coffee machine, huge TV, luxury entryway

The price ladder is honest about space and dishonest about usefulness. Corpo Plaza is the most expensive at 55,000 and it buys presentation, a luxurious entryway and a tea set, while The Glen at 40,000 buys the pool table, the biggest windows of the four, and a position near the middle of the map that makes it the shortest drive to most of the places you will be going. If you are only buying one, buy that one. If you are buying for the stash rather than the view, Northside at 5,000 does the same mechanical job for a fourteenth of the money, which is the kind of maths this city rarely lets you do in your favour.

The five that come with the story

V's own apartment in Little China, Watson, is where you start, and it is the one with a separate armoury space that does not eat into the living area, plus the window the game keeps showing you. The penthouse is the largest place V ever holds and it arrives late, after the work is done. The rest belong to other people and open while their quests are running.

Judy's is the best of the three that belong to other people, and the easiest to find once you know the route: fast travel to Charter St, look due west for a blue building, and the apartment is on the third floor. The Aldecaldos camp is not an apartment in any meaningful sense, just a bed and a wardrobe out past the edge of Heywood, and it is on this list because the game treats it as somewhere V can rest. Two of the five are tied to romances, which our romance guide covers in terms of who can start them at all.

Are they worth buying?

Yes, but not all four, and not for the furniture. The reason to own more than one is geographical: an apartment is a fast travel destination with a stash and a bed at the end of it, so spreading them across districts shortens the trip back from a gig rather than lengthening the decoration. They also hold stashes and iconic weapon racks, which is the argument for owning one once you start collecting from our iconic weapon locations guide. Buying every one of them is the part that is hard to defend, because the fourth apartment does nothing the first three did not.

The bed matters more than the room it is in. Sleeping gives the Rested bonus to skill experience and the shower gives combat regen, which is the opening move our XP farming guide recommends before any route, so the cheapest apartment you own close to wherever you are grinding is the one you will use most. Everything else Night City puts on your tab is indexed on our main Cyberpunk 2077 guide.

FAQ

How many apartments can you buy in Cyberpunk 2077?

Four: Northside in Watson at 5,000, Japantown in Westbrook at 15,000, The Glen in Heywood at 40,000 and Corpo Plaza in City Center at 55,000.

Which is the best apartment in Cyberpunk 2077?

The Glen, at 40,000. It has the pool table, the largest windows and a position near the middle of the map, which makes it the shortest drive to most jobs.

Do apartments give you anything mechanically?

A stash, an iconic weapon rack, a bed for the Rested experience bonus and a shower for combat regen. The furniture beyond that is decoration.

How much do all the apartments cost together?

115,000 eddies for all four, which is less than the Arch Nazare motorcycle and considerably more useful.
