This Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Endings guide will help players in achieving both of the available endings in the game as well as the difference between both these endings. Since these are the endings of the game, spoiler warning, so those who don’t want the endings to be ruined for them should turn back now.
Like every proper RPG, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild also features multiple endings depending on the missions the players complete and their overall actions throughout their gameplay.

The game features two endings, an alternate one which most players will get on their first playthrough and the True ending.

Alternate Ending
There really is nothing special required to do for this ending. All players have to do is play through the game normally and rush through the game’s story towards the last boss, Ganon, and not collect all of Link’s memories. Since not everyone goes for a complete run as their first playthrough, this is most likely the ending which a majority of Breath of the Wild players will get.
True Ending
As the name suggests, this is the actual ending of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and is meant for completionists and as such requires a lot of time to achieve. To get this ending, players need to free all Divine Beasts and recruit them in the final battle against Ganon. This isn’t all however, as they also need to finish all the main story missions and unlock all of Link’s memories.
Once players have done all that is required and defeated Ganon, they will see a cutscene which is exactly the same as the one in the Alternate ending. However, there is another cutscene after that and it is reserved only for those who unlock the True ending.
