Assassin’s Creed 3 Crafting Recipes
The crafting is handled through the accounting book menu, which can be accessed in the study room of your homestead manor. However, this isn’t the only place – thankfully, the homestead is easily accessible to you from just about any general store.
Crafting greatly contributes to your Homestead community, which in turn allows you to get more recipes, more material, and hence more crafting options.
Crafting recipes are found either lying around the map, or can be discovered by hit and trial (randomly mixing different ingredients/items together).
The former is an extremely tedious process for finding desired recipes for specific items, while the latter is easier, but can be costly as the ingredients are lost completely after a failed attempt.

- Lumberer: Lumbers, Barks, Kindling, Charcoal
- Miners: Ores, Limestone
While the above general materials are easy to farm, following special materials will require you to complete a mission or help people around Homestead.
