Ubisoft: Xbox One X Allows Us To Push Assassin’s Creed Origins Visuals To The Limits

Ubisoft has opened up more about Xbox One X and how it pushes the Assassin's Creed Origins Visuals quality to their limit.

Assassin’s Creed Origins will be coming to Xbox One X along with PC, PS4 Pro, and base consoles. Ubiosft has been praising the upcoming console for its power and the things it allows developers to pull off in the game. Now, Ubisoft has opened up more about Xbox One X and how it pushes the Assassin’s Creed Origins Visuals quality to their limit.

Speaking with Gamesradar, game director Ashraf Ismail talked about the advantages of Xbox One X in the development of Assassin’s Creed Origins. He praised the console as it allows to push the Assassin’s Creed Origins visuals to their limits with a faster processor. “This is the one thing with the Xbox One X: we have more memory to play with, a faster processor, so we’re definitely able to push the limits of those visuals.”

He added that the game looks stunning on Xbox One X and added that “some of the draw distances are absolutely incredible.”

To be able to show it off and see the sun flickering off the waters of the Nile, it’s breathtaking. I think it enhances the game and allows the game to shine at its best capacity. It’s great for us and great to show off our talented artists work.

Also, Ubisoft has confirmed that Tombs are returning in Assassin’s Creed Origins and this time the tombs will be based on real world tombs. Creative director Ashraf Ismail confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Origins will feature tombs that will feature a mix of puzzles and platforming, just like in Assassin’s Creed 2.

Furthermore, Ubisoft has also assured that no two playthroughs of the game will be the same. Game director Jean Guesdon explained that each experience will be different from each other which was achieved with less scripting and handholding.

Assassin’s Creed Origins is an upcoming action RPG in development at Ubisoft and is scheduled to launch on October 27, 2017, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
