Leon Kennedy
- First Set – Default so you don’t need to unlock it.
- Pirate – You will have to complete any stage as Leon with A rank or better to unlock it.
- Retro – The retro costume comes along as DLC.
Helena Harper
- First Set – You can unlock it by completing any Urban Chaos stage with B rank or higher. You can do it with any character you want.
- Hot Cop – You can unlock this costume by completing any stage with A rank or better playing as Helena.
- Retro – It’s the DLC stuff.
Chris Redfield
- First Set – You don’t need to unlock the default costume.
- Samurai – You need to complete atleast one stage with A or better playing as Chris.
- Retro – As DLC.
Piers Nivans
- First Set – The default outfit.
- Racing Outfit – You can unlock this costume by beating any stage with A rank or better while playing as Piers.
Jake Muller
- First Set – The default outfit.
- Gangster – You need to complete atleast one stage with A rank or better playing as Chris to unlock this outfit.
- Retro – Again, you are getting it as DLC.
Sherry Birkin
- First Set – The default outfit will be unlocked if you complete the Depths Stage with B rank or better.
- Schoolgirl – You want her to make like a school girl? Beat any stage with her scoring A rank or better.
- Retro – The DLC stuff.
Ada Wong
- First Set – You will have to unlock it by completing Ada’s campaign.
- Dead Aim Outfit – The requirement is to complete a stage playing as Ada with A ran or better.
- Retro – You will get it as DLC.
Carla Radames
- You will unlock the only costume after you have unlocked all the characters.
Agent
- Default Set – This set is unlocked by default
