In Cyberpunk 2077, Fool on the Hill side mission, you must uncover 20 Tarot Card Graffiti. To start the search for Tarot card graffiti in Cyberpunk 2077, head back to your home at the start of Act 2. You will find shimmering Graffiti close to the front door of your cozy home.
That will begin the “Fool on The Hill” side job, where you have to visit Misty, who has a general idea of what’s happening around you. Completing this questline will reward you with the Wandering Fool Trophy/Achievement.
I’ll walk you through each of the 20 Tarot Card Graffiti locations in Cyberpunk 2077, Fool on the Hill, and make it super easy for you to locate them as you roam around the dangerous streets of Night City.

1. The Chariot
This card is located in the Little China area in Watson district. Look for it on a wall beside some dumpsters sitting in a corner.
2. The Empress
The Empress tarot card is also located in the Little China area in the Cyberpunk 2077 Watson district. Go down the stairs of the nightclub in the area, and you’ll find the card on a wall behind the bouncer.
3. The Fool
In the Little China area in Watson district, go inside the market with the sign saying ‘POO’ above it, accompanied by some Chinese lettering. Take the elevator to go up to the services area on floor 7. You’ll find the card on a wall in this area.
4. The Sun
In the Little China area in Watson district, you will find this card on a wall adjacent to an underpass below a residential building in Cyberpunk 2077.
5. The World
Go inside Misty’s Esoterica in Little China and exit through the back door. Use the elevator on your left to get to the roof, where you’ll find the card.
6. The Magician
The Magician Card is located in the Kabuki area in Watson district. You’ll find this Tarot Card in Cyberpunk 2077 on the pillar of a bridge.
7. The Emperor
This card is located in the Arasaka Waterfront area in the Watson district. You’ll find it on a wall next to the entrance of the Konpeki Plaza.
8. The Hanged Man
You’ll find this card on the water tower in the northern parts of the map above the Cyberpunk 2077 Watson district.
9. The Hierophant
This card is located in Japantown, in the Westbrook district. Drive through the tunnel in this area and look for the card inside the area filled with trash, with the ‘No Entry’ sign above it.
10. The Lovers
The Lovers card is located in the North Oak area in the Westbrook district. The card will be inside a drive-in theatre in this location. You don’t need to go inside; you can see the card through the fence.
11. Temperance
This card is also located in the North Oak area in the Westbrook district. You’ll find it on a wall inside the Columbarium.
12. The Moon
In the North Oak area in the Westbrook district, you’ll find this tarot card on the surrounding wall of a Gated area in Cyberpunk 2077.
13. Death
The death card is located in the Heywood district’s area called ‘The Glen’. You’ll find it on a wall near the Center for Behavioral Health.
14. The Tower
This card is located on a wall inside the Corpo Plaza in the City Center district.
15. The High Priestess
The High Priestess Tarot card in Cyberpunk 2077 is located in the Vista Del Ray area in the Heywood district. Enter the abandoned apartment building in this area and go up to the third floor. You’ll find the card on a wall near the stairs.
16. Justice
This card in Cyberpunk 2077 is located in the Arroyo area in the Santo Domingo district. You’ll find it on the water tower in this area.
17. Strength
This card is located in the Rancho Coronado area in the Santo Domingo district. You’ll find it on the wall of the small room next to the containers at the entry point of this area.
18. Wheel of Fortune
This Tarot Card in Cyberpunk Punk 2077, Fool on the Hill side mission is located on a wall at the entrance of the Sunset Hotel, which is on the eastern corner of Night City.
19. The Hermit
This card is located in the Coastview area in the Pacifica district. It’s on a wall next to a pawn shop in this area.
20. The Star
The final card can be found on a wall near the solar panels at the southern end of Night City. Once you find all of them, head back to Misty. She will tell you about more Tarot Cards that can be related to a possible Cyberpunk 2077 ending.
