This quest in Assassin’s Creed Origins is unlocked after completing The False Oracle. This mission will introduce you to the present-day protagonist of the game, Lyla, who is also in Egypt but in the present day.
For this quest, go back to Hepzefa at his home where Bayek will tell him that he intends to leave Siwa to meet his wife Aya in Alexandria where she is tracking those responsible for their son’s death. Confirm that you are ready to leave.
Once you confirm that you want to leave Siwa, Hepzefa will bid you farewell and will also give you a hint of Aya’s whereabouts in Alexandria.
From here you’re supposed to travel to Alexandria and reach the Great Library, once you’re near the statue in the library, a cutscene will trigger after which you’ll follow Phanos. Following him leads you towards a building that you must climb.
Climb the building and leap down into the water. Now, follow the tunnel and look around for the notes left on the desk in the room and trigger a cutscene.
After the cutscene, the game switches to present time and we are introduced to Lyla, our present-day protagonist.
Layla needs to take some cyclosporine as suggested by a medical officer, Deanna Geary, who is in contact with Lyla from a hotel room. Exit the Animus and go to the marker to get some cyclosporine. It will be inside a red medkit.
Before going back to Animus, you can explore the area and know more about Lyla through the pause menu and read the e-mails and stuff. All of this will give you an insight of what is going on and why the Animus is hooked to a mummy.
