How To Get The Skyrim Werewolf Rings?
From the city of Raven Rock in Skyrim on the Solstheim island, move northeast up to Frostmoon Crag and find NPC name Majni. Now, you need to be a werewolf so the people can welcome you to the pack and allow you to speak to Majni, else they will ask you to leave.
You will find Majni sitting on the rocks near the mountain wall. Ask Majni what he has to trade, and he will show you all four rings in the apparel section.
Werewolf Rings Abilities Explained
The four werewolf rings give you massive buffs. Each one lets you tap into one of four Frostmoon Abilities. However, one also has a debuff to your defense. Nevertheless, they make being a werewolf an entirely new experience.

Ring of Bloodlust
Ability: Frostmoon Bloodlust

Your attacks do 50% more damage, but you also take %50 more damage in Beast Form.
Ring of Instinct
Ability: Frostmoon Instinct

Your instincts are boosted when you enter Beast Form, the world around you slows down for 20 seconds.
Ring of the Hunt
Ability: Frostmoon Predator
Value: 3500
It regenerates your health over time.
Ring of the Moon
Ability: Frostmoon Howl
Value: 2250
Gives a 25% increase to the Howl Duration.
