Pokemon Sun and Moon TMs are used to teach your favorite Pokemon new moves or raise stats of learned moves. You need these items to basically grow your Pokemon into a formidable combatant when it comes to fighting other Pokemon.

Work Up – Normal
Effect: +1 for Attack and Special Attack

Location: Hao’li City, it is Obtained once you have defeated 4 trainers in the Trainer School.

Dragon Claw – Dragon
Location: Reward for finishing the trial in Vast Poni Canyon.

Effect: Ability to slash enemies with claws for extra damage.

Psyshock – Psychic
Location: Go into the first chamber in the Lake of the Sunne’s temple on Route 16, Ula’ula Island.

Effect: Ability to materialise a psychic wave for physical damage.

Calm Mind – Psychic
Location: Buy it from the Pokémon Center at Sea Folk Village.

Effect: Boost for Special Attack and Special Defence stats.

Roar – Normal
Location: Kala’e Bay on Melemele Island

Effect: Enemy is scared and runs away, replacing it with another one. However, the the battle ends in the wild.

Toxic  – Poison
Location: In the lower left corner of the room, Aether Foundation Docks.

Effect:  Enemy is scared and runs away, replacing it with another one. However, the the battle ends in the wild.

Hail – Ice
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Royal Avenue.

Effect: Summons a hailstorm for extra damage.

Bulk Up – Fighting
Location: Buy from Koni-koni City.

Effect: Boost for Attack and Defense stats.

Venoshock – Poison
Location: Buy from a stall in Koni-koni City.

Effect: Drench the enemy in a special poisonous liquid.

Hidden Power – Normal
Location: Find the woman near the Pokemon Nursery at the Akala Island, Paniola Ranch.

Effect: Unique attack depending on the type of Pokemon you’re using.

Sunny Day – Fire
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Royal Avenue.

Effect: Allows you to power up Fire-type moves.

Taunt – Dark
Location: Go see the Punk Guy on Route 12 on Ula’ula Island.

Effect: Enemy will only use attack moves for three turns, allowing you room to counter attack.

Ice Beam – Ice
Location: Mount Lanakila cave on Ula’ula Island, look for a tiny left path from the first folk.

Effect: Enemy is hit with a icy-cold beam of energy which may froze it solid.

Blizzard – Ice
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Sea Folk Village.

Effect: Blizzard is summoned that will froze the opposing team solid.

Hyper Beam – Normal
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Seafolk Village.

Effect: A powerful beam attacks the enemy but drains plenty of your enemy.

Light Screen – Psychic
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Heahea City.

Effect: You can suppress damage from special attacks.

Protect – Normal
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Heahea City.

Effect: You can evade all attacks.

Rain Dance – Water
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Royal Avenue.

Effect: Allows you to power up Water-type moves.

Roost – Flying
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Malie City.

Effect: Restores half HP.

Safeguard – Normal
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Heahea City.

Effect: You can create a protective shield that prevents status problems.

Frustration – Normal
Location: Speak with Oranguru in the Malasada shop in Malie City.

Effect: A very strong attack that will increase its intensity depending on lack connection the user has with its trainer.

Solar Beam – Grass
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Seafolk Village.

Effect: A powerful beam is blasted after gathering energy.

Smake Down – Rock
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Malie City.

Effect: A projectile is used to attack an opponent, flying Pokemon will drop to the ground.

Thunderbolt – Electric
Location: Complete the game and go to Poni Plains on Poni Island.

Effect: An strong electric blast that paralysis the enemy.

Thunder – Electric
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Seafolk Village.

Effect: A thunderbolt drops on the enemy which may leave it paralysed.

Earthquake – Ground
Location: Complete the game and go to Resolution Cave on Poni Island.

Effect: An earthquake is triggered that strikes those around it.

Return – Normal
Location: Speak with Oranguru in the Malasada shop in Malie City.

Effect: A very strong attack that will increase its intensity depending on lack connection the user has with its trainer.

Leech Life – Bug
Location: Go to the bay at Akala Outskirts, on Route 9.

Effect: Drain the enemy’s blood and half is restored depending on the amount of damage did to the target.

Psychic – Psychic
Location: Go to Aether Foundation and speak with Professor Wicke.

Effect: A strong telekinetic force attack that may reduce the enemy’s attack and defence stats.

Shadow Ball – Ghost
Location: Go to Route 14 on Ula’ula Island.

Effect: A a shadowy blob hurls at the enemy which may reduce the enemy’s special defense stats.

Brick Break – Fighting
Location: Go to Verdant Cavern Trial Site on Melemele Island, enter the first room.

Effect: Used to break barriers such as Light Screen and Reflect.

Double Team – Normal
Location: Buy from a stall in Koni-Koni City.

Effect: Create illusory copies of yourself to evade attacks and confuse the enemy.

Reflect – Psychic
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Heahea City.

Effect: Suppress damage from physical attacks for five turns

Sludge Wave – Poison
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Seafolk Village.

Effect: A huge giant sludge wave sweeps the area around you, may poison the enemy.

Sludge Bomb – Poison
Location: Shady House 2F, Route 17 on Ula’ula Island.

Effect: A sludge hurls at the enemy which may poison it.

Flamethrower – Fire
Location: Vast Poni Canyon on Poni Island. Use Machamp Shove then Sharpedo Jet.

Effect: An intense blast of fire burns the enemy.

Sandstorm – Rock
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Royal Avenue.

Effect: Sandstorm is summoned that damages everyone except the Rock, Ground, and Steel types.

Fire Blast – Fire
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Seafolk Village.

Effect: An intense blast of fire comes to burn the enemies.

Rock Bomb – Rock
Location: Go to the Wela Volcano Park via the left side of the trial doors.

Effect: Boulders are unleashed at the target and it also slows down the enemy’s speed.

Aerial Ace – Flying
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Malie City.

Effect: You can confound the enemy with speed and use slash attacks to damage.

Torment – Dark
Location: Route 5 on Akala Island

Effect: The enemy can not use the same move twice in a row.

Facade – Normal 
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Malie City on Ula’ula Island.

Effect: The power of an attack is doubled if the enemy is poisoned, burned, or has paralysis.

Flame Charge – Fire
Location: Take it from Colress on Route 8.

Effect: You can cloak yourself with flame and attack.

Rest – Psychic
Location: Speak with the person that looks like a Hypno in the Thrifty Megamart on Akala Island.

Effect: You can fully restore HP.

Attract – Normal
Location: Go to Hano Grand Hotel, Hano Grand Resort on Akala Island. Speak with the man who looks like a Machamp. Solve the golfer’s problem first.

Effect: Opposite gender of the same Pokemon becomes becomes infatuated and may not attack.

Thief – Dark
Location: Go to Verdant Cavern on Melemele Island and enter the backroom. You need Tauros Charge.

Effect: You attack the target and steal is the held item simultaneously.

Low Sweep – Fighting
Location: Buy from a stall in Koni-Koni City.

Effect: Attack the enemy legs to affect its speed.

Round – Normal
Location: There is a man next to Alolan Grimer in the Hau’oli City Shopping District, Melemele Island.

Effect: You can attack the enemy with a song, other may join in to increase the damage.

Echoed Voice – Normal
Location: Go to Hau’oli City, Melemele Island and enter the grass filled plot near the Hau’oli City Marina.

Effect:  You attack the enemy with an echoing voice.

Overheat – Fire
Location: Go to Poni Meadow on Poni Island and visit the Found on Ancient Poni Path after completing the game.

Effect: Full power attack that affect your Special attack stats.

Steel Wing – Steel
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center in Malie City on Ula’ula Island.

Effect: The enemy is attacked with wings of steel.

Focus Blast – Fighting
Location: Buy from Pokémon Center at Seafolk Village.

Effect: It heightens its mental focus and increases the power of attack.

Energy Ball – Grass
Location: Go to Route 8 on Akala Island. You need to enter through Lush Jungle using Machamp Shove.

Effect: You draw power from nature and fire.

False Swipe – Normal
Location: You earn this from Professor Kukui after defeating the first Kahuna.

Effect: Prevents the target from fainting, it is left with 1 HP at least.

Scald – Water
Location: Route 5 on Brooklet Hill, Akala Island. You need Lapras Paddle.

Effect: You can blast boiling hot water the enemy.

Fling – Dark
Location: Speak with the woman riding the Machamp in Hau’oli City Cemetry on Melemele Island.

Effect: Swing the held item at the target, power is dependent on the item.
