Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Glyph Locations Guide

In our Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Glyph Locations Guide, we have detailed the locations of all 10 Glyphs that you can find in Ubisoft's AC: Brotherhood.

As you parkour your way around the structures in ancient Rome in AC: Brotherhood, you will encounter some things out of the ordinary. These glowing symbols sometimes hide in plain sight though on the most secluded spots of an area or building. Here is how you observe and interact with all Glyphs in Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Glyph Locations

Glyphs are glowing symbols or shine of blue light that can only be observed by activating the Eagle Vision. Once you have spotted one successfully, the player needs to hop onto that location and interact with it to trigger a Cluster Puzzle.

It is recommended to look for these glyphs after completing the main campaign, as some routes are restricted during the initial playthrough.

Here are the locations for all the 10 Glyph in Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. You can also follow the video below for even clearer instructions and puzzle solutions:

Glyph #1
In the northeast region of Campagna district, head to Castra Praetoria and walk under the iron gate. Activate your Eagle Vision and climb above the one-door outhouse to interact with the Glyph.

Glyph #2
Head to Caserma di Alviano, past the Coliseum in the Campagna district. Climb up to the roof of the structure, proceed to the northwest-facing wall, and drop down a little to interact with the Glyph.

Glyph #3
On the north wall of the Rose in Fiore building in the east of Rome. Climb up to the rooftop and then parkour to the north wall to interact with the Glyph.

Glyph #4
Head to Centro District and navigate to the Palazzo Senatorio. Climb onto the east wall of the building where a wooden beam is sticking out. The Glyph is just below this piece of wood.

Glyph #5
Inside the Pantheon, just as you enter it, turn back and start climbing the wall on the left as you make your way above the door which you entered from. The Glyph is right above this entrance.

Glyph #6
Make your way to the southeast region in Rome to Acquedotto Claudia in the Antico district. Find the broken aqueduct and move to the north wall of it as you drop down from it and find the Glyph.

Glyph #7
Head to the southwest region of Rome to reach Aventino in the Antico district. Climb the north-facing wall of the huge tower to interact with the Glyph.

Glyph #8
The Castel Sant’Angelo building is heavily guarded so you may want to look for ways to gain access to it first.

Preferably, you may load up Femme Fatale for an easier approach. Move to the southern wall of the building and find the Glyph just below a small circular window.

Glyph #9
Head to the extreme north of Rome to navigate to Santa Maria Dei Miracoli and Santa Maria di Montesan in the Centro district. Climb up the tall tower building and you will find the Glyph on the north-facing wall of it.

Glyph #10
Navigate to the Coliseum (Colosseo) in the center of Rome. Hop onto the roof of the structure and then drop down from the northwest facing the corner of the building. On this wall, you will be able to interact with the last Glyph.
