This guide contains all the moves accessible in WWE 2K20, including special moves, and how you can perform them all for some stylish gameplay

WWE 2K20 has brought a number of new moves in the game. These new moves create a new space for players who are done with the game and gives them something exciting to play for.

WWE 2K20 Moves

Below is the list of all the new moves including special moves with their actions and description of how the moves work.

Armbar 3

  • Standing Front
  • Technical Submission Offense

The move is applied when you pin your opponent to the ground and then strangle him by putting both your calves over his neck while pinning his hand to the ground.

Armbar 4

  • Grounded – Upper Body
  • Technical Submission Offense

The same move but here you pin the upper body of the opponent by first twisting his arm and then strangling him with your leg on the neck and the second leg to secure his chest.

Avalanche Becksploder

  • Top Rope – Front
  • Arm Power/ Grapple Offense
  • Pin Combo

When your opponent is on the ropes, you put both his legs behind the rope and stand in front of him on the rope. Using your arm power you take him down by flipping him backward and on the ground.

Avalanche Poison-Rana

  • Corner Front
  • Grapple Defense
  • Move Modifier – Medium

Again, on the corner of the ropes, when your opponent is facing the opposite side of the ring, you strangle them from behind and flip them backward on the ground.

Avalanche Spanish Fly 3

  • Corner Front
  • Grapple Defense/ Aerial Offense
  • Move Modifier – Medium

When in the corner of the ring, stand in front of him and here you put your arms around the opponent’s neck and take him down with you.

Avalanche Spinebuster

  • Tope Rope – Front
  • Grapple Defense
  • Pin Combo

From the corner of the ring, you take your opponent on your back and come down with him on the ring.

Axe Bomber

  • Stunned Against Ropes
  • Arm Power/ Running Offense

You and your opponent go on opposite sides of the ring. The ropes give each of you a push and you go collide in each other and here the arm power pushes him to the ground.

Aztec Press

  • Corner – Front
  • Aerial Offense
  • Pin Combo

While your opponent is laying down on the ring (make sure he’s in the corner), you go and flip from above the rings. You come down with aerial offense and drop on the enemy.

Backbreaker 5

  • Standing Front
  • Arm Power/ Leg Power/ Grapple Offense

When the opponent leans on the front, you have to hit on his back, as he straightens, grapple him on the neck and use your arm force to throw him down.

Bank Statement 2

  • Grounded – Lower Body
  • Technical Submission Offense

When the opponent is face down, laying on the ground, you go and pull his head back while making sure his lower body remains on the ground.

Bro-Derek 1

  • Standing Front
  • Grapple Defense
  • Pin Combo
  • Move Modifier – High

Hangs the body of the opponent from the head down and smashes him in the ground.

Bro-Derek 2

  • Standing Behind
  • Grapple Defense/ Arm Power
  • Pin Combo
  • Move Modifier – High

Pulls the body of the opponent from behind and after hitting him, Bro Derek 2 is applied.

Bro 2 Sleep / German Suplex Combo

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense

Picks the opponent from the front and puts him in front of you. Now you take the opponent from behind and backflip him to the ground.

Bro-Mission 1

  • Standing Front

By taking the opponent from the neck, you fall with him to the ground. He lays on your thigh with another thigh between his legs and then you pull his head to the other side.

Bro-Mission 2

  • Grounded Lower Body

While the opponent is laying on the ground, you pull him up and then the same action applies as in Bro Mission 1.

Burning Hammer 2

  • Standing Behind

Picks the opponent horizontally on your shoulders and then drops him face front on the ring.

Butterfly Suplex 5

  • Standing Front

Picks the opponent from the front and backflips him to the ground.

Canadian Rack DDT

  • Standing Front

You pick the opponent on your shoulder, face upwards, and then toss him on the ground.

Cartwheel Dropkick

  • Rope Rebound
  • Grapple Offense

First, you backflip the opponent on the ring and then you cartwheel to him and kick him in the face using both your legs.

Corner Clothesline 5

  • Corner Running Strike
  • Arm Power/ Running Offense

When the opponent is standing on the corner of the ring, you run towards him and stun him by pushing your arm into his neck.

Corner Tiger Feint Kick

  • Corner Running Strike
  • Arm Power/ Leg Power/ Running Offense

You push the opponent in the corner of the opponent. While he is crouching and facing the outside of the ring, you swing outside then smash him on the face with your legs.

Crossface 2

  • Standing Front
  • Technical Submission Offense

When the opponent comes to attack you, you stop him and take him on the ground. Here you stop his hand and pull his head upwards.

DDT 18

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense

You take the opponent to the ground by kicking him in the stomach. When he leans forward, with the force of your leg, you take him face front on the ground.

Deadlift Gutwrench Suplex 3

  • Grapple Offense

You pick the opponent from the ground by securing his waist between your arms and lock your hands together. You pick him up and take him down two times by backflipping him.

Deads Press

  • Rope Rebound/ Running

You ground the body of your opponent to the ground and then smash his head on the ground multiple times.

Diving Firearm

  • Mid Rope vs. Standing Opp
  • Arm Power/ Aerial Offense

You take the enemy on the ground by jumping on him from above the ropes.

Diving Headbutt 5

  • Dive vs. Stand Opp
  • Aerial Offense
  • Pin Combo

You stand above the ropes and jump backward, head butting the opponent to the ground.

Diving Moonsault 7

  • Dive vs. Ground Opp

You flip from on the ground, from the ropes, over the laying body of the opponent.

Dropkick 19

You jump in the air and use both of your legs to kick the opponent on the ground.

Edgecution

You secure the head of the opponent under your armpit and smash him face front on the ground.

Feast Your Eyes 1

You pick the enemy in the air and then while dropping him to the ground, you smash your knee in his eyes.

Feast Your Eyes 2

Feint DDT

You pick the opponent into the air and then drop him on his back to the ground.

Fisherman Buster 1

You attack the opponent and when he leans down, you pick him up in the air and then backflip him to the ground.

Fisherman Buster 2

  • Grounded – Upper Body

Now so different from the above move, you pick the opponent from the upper half of the body in the air and then backflip him to the ground.

Flapjack & Basement Rear Crossbody

  • Stunned Against Ropes

You throw the body of your opponent against the ropes and then pick him in the air just to throw him on the ground. After that you throw yourself against the ropes and smash yourself on the opponent.

Flatliner 3

  • Standing Front/ Rope Rebound

You strangle the enemy around the neck using your arm and then take him down with you to the ground while he is face down.

Flying Knee

  • Running
  • Leg Power/ Running Offense

You run to your opponent and hit him on his head with your knee.

Foot Press & Pendulum Knees

  • Corner – Seated/Corner – Front
  • Grapple Offense

While the opponent is laying on the ground, being supported by the ropes, go there and hold the ropes while putting both your feet on his neck. Then you jump up and smash your feet against his neck again.

Grizzly Magnum 1

  • Standing Strong Strike
  • Arm Power

You paw your opponent on his head and face hard enough to take him on the ground.

Ground Zero

  • Standing Front
  • Grapple Offense
  • Pin Combo

You pick the enemy and smash him down on the ground, with his back taking the hit.

Gutwrench Powerbomb 3

  • Standing Front
  • Grapple Defense

You take the enemy from his head and pick him up just to throw him on the ground.

Hail Mary

  • Corner – Front

You put the opponent on the ropes and then, securing his head between your ankles, you lift him and flip him on the ground.

Hammerlock Sit-Out Spinebuster

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense

While the opponent is facing you, you secure his one hand behind his back and throw him on the ground, on his back.

Handspring Evasion Dropkick

  • Stunned Against Ropes
  • Leg Power/ Running Offense

First, you push yourself against the ropes and then cartwheel to the other side. When the opponent runs towards you, you jump and kick him using both your feet.

Handspring Kick

  • Stunned Against Ropes
  • Leg Power/ Running Offense

You push the opponent against the ropes, you flip and then hit him with your lower body.

Handstand Knee Drop

  • Grounded – Side

  • Pin Combo

You do a hand slip above the laying body of your opponent and then land on your knees over him.

Hanging Cloverleaf

  • Grounded – Upper Body
  • Technical Submission Offense

You pick up your opponent’s body from the legs and then push it to the upper body on the ground.

Hawaiian Drop

  • Standing Front
  • Grapple Offense
  • Pin Combo
  • Move Modifier – Medium

Pick the body of your opponent and then throw him on the ground.

Heel Hook 1

  • Standing Front
  • Technical Submission Offense

You throw the body of your opponent to the ground and then twist his leg between your both.

Heel Hook 2

  • Grounded – Lower Body
  • Technical Submission Offense

You roll the lower half of the body and then twist the leg on the ground.

Hogan Leg Drop 1

  • Standing Front
  • Grapple Offense
  • Pin/ Pin Combo
  • Move Modifier- Medium

First, you attack the opponent and when he falls on the ground, you throw yourself against the ropes and go and smash your behind into the opponent’s face.

Hogan Leg Drop 2

  • Grounded – Upper Body
  • Leg Power/ Running Offense
  • Pin/ Pin Combo

Make sure that you opponent is laying on the ground and then release yourself against the ropes. The ropes will give you a push and you will go and smash your behind into the opponent’s face.

Kamigoye 1

  • Grounded – Side
  • Leg Power
  • Pin Combo

Pick up your laying opponent from the ground to a crouching position and then smash your knee to his face.

Knee Stretch & Elbow Drop

  • Grounded – Lower Body
  • Arm Power/ Grapple Offense

This move causes you to pull the opponent’s knee to the opposite side and then when his legs are open wide enough, you smash your elbow into his thigh.

Last Shot 1

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power
  • Pin Combo

Hit the opponent’s leg and when he leans in pain, run against the ropes so they push you and then you smash the opponent’s head with a flying leg.

Lightning Fist

  • Corner vs. Grounded Opp
  • Arm Power

You release yourself against the enemy and knock him down by punching him on the side of his head.

Low-Angle Fallaway Slam

  • Rope Rebound
  • Grapple Offense
  • Move Modifier: Medium

When the opponent comes on you and climbs you, you throw his body behind which goes rolling on the ground.

Manhandle Slam

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense
  • Pin Combo
  • Move Modifier – Medium

Picks up the body of your opponent and smash him on the ground.

Mia Yim Combo

  • Standing Front/ Standing Strong Strike
  • Arm Power/ Leg Power

The move is a mixture of multiple attacks which include slapping, kicking, slamming your knee in the opponent’s head and kicking him with your foot.

Middle Rope Diving Choke Hold

  • Mid Rope vs. Standing Opp
  • Grapple Offense
  • Aerial Offense

You have to be standing on the rope and then you jump down from there while making a shape of choking from your hand and slamming it into your opponent’s neck.

Middle Rope Stretch

  • Stunned Against Ropes
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense
  • Move Modifier – Medium

While your opponent is recovering from your last attack, resting against the rope, you swing behind him and the ropes and strangle him with your arm and pull his head behind multiple times.

Missile Dropkick 4

  • Dive vs. Stand Opp

You are standing on the ropes for this and then you push yourself off it and give a flying kick, with both your legs, on the opponent’s head.

Mounted Punches & Slap

  • Grounded – Side
  • Arm Power
  • Move Modifier – Medium

You straddle the upper half of the opponent’s body and punch him multiple times by holding his head.

One-Handed Spinebuster 2

  • Standing Front/ Rope Rebound
  • Grapple Offense
  • Move Modifier – High

You pick up the opponent and drop him on the ground on the support of his spine.

One-Handed Spinebuster 3

  • Standing Front/ Rope Rebound
  • Grapple Offense
  • Move Modifier – High

The move as just the same as the above but a little stronger. You pick up the opponent and drop him on the ground on the support of his spine.

Palm Strike Barrage

  • Standing Strong Strike
  • Arm Power/ Leg Power
  • Combo

The move is a mixture of a lot of swings which ends with a kick to the opponent.

Pedigree 4

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense
  • Pin/ Pin combo
  • Move Modifier – Medium

You kick the opponent and when he leans down in pain, you grab his head and straddle it between your thighs. You lock both his arms behind his body and then slam him on the ground.

Penalty Kick 2

When the opponent is trying to stand up, you go and kick him.

Piper’s Pit

  • Grounded – Lower Body

You grab the opponent from his leg and then flip him and yourself around so he is on your back. Next, you slam him on the ground.

Powerbomb 3

  • Standing Front

First, you pull the head of the opponent between your thighs and then make him straddle your head. Then you throw him on the ground on his back.

Powerslam 6

You push the opponent’s arm to his neck and the stand back to back with him. You then twist him and slam him face down on the ground.

Riptide

You stand in front of the opponent for this and then grab his neck and behind from your hands to lift him and then slam him to the ground.

Rolling Piper’s Pit

You grab the opponent from behind and put him on his back. You later throw him on the ground and flip over him.

Rowdy Combo 1

You run towards the opponent and slam your knees in his neck.

Scoop Slam 5

You scoop the enemy from the front and then slam him on the ground.

Seven Star Lariat 1

First, you thrust your hand in the opponent’s face and then when he stops twisting, you swing your arm towards him and make him flip on the ground.

You start this attack from behind, by twisting him to face you and then swing your arm towards him and make him flip on the ground.

Spinning Backhand

You swing your hand and thrust it across the opponent’s face.

Spinning Heel Kick 5

Flip by using the opponent’s neck as a support and then kick him to the ground.

Spinning Tombstone Piledriver

You launch yourself from outside of the ring and then straddle the opponent’s head. You then use it as a support to flip him on the ground.

Springboard Overhead Chop

  • Springboard vs. Stand Opp

You launch yourself from outside of the ring and then paw him hard on his head.

Springboard Senton 630

  • Springboard vs. Stand Opp

You launch yourself from outside of the ring and flip over your opponent while he is laying down.

Standing Moonsault 5

You flip over the opponent’s laying body and then land on his stomach with your chest.

Step-Up Superman Punch

We all know what a superman punch is but if someone does not, you jump in the air and then smash on your opponent’s head with your fist.

STF 5

  • Grounded – Upper Body

You straddle the thighs of your opponent and lock his feet behind your leg. You lean back and pull his head.

Storm Zero

  • Standing Front
  • Leg Power/ Grapple Offense

  • Move Modifier – Medium

While the opponent is leaning, lock the arms of your behind his back and then slam him on the ground.

Stundog Millionaire

  • Standing Front/ Running

When your opponent is attacking you and smashes you on the ground, this move will smash him back too.

Stunner

You slam the lower body of your opponent while slamming yourself on the ground.

Super Chokeslam 2

Suplex Sideslam

You grab the opponent from the calves and then slam him face front on the ground. You then pull his head and lower body in the opposite direction.

The Big Boot

You give a high kick to the opponent.

The Wet Nap

You stand on the corner, above the rose and then let yourself fall and slam in the body of the opponent.

Tilt-A-Whirl Slam 3

Tombstone Piledriver

You double-kick the opponent.

Windup Forearm
