Almost halfway through the campaign, Aiden Pearce will come across a Human Trafficking Auction with all sorts of illegal immigrant women from Europe.
Although Aiden will put a stop to this auction, a whole bunch of bidders will get away, which will add another quest to Investigation category in the game.

Watch Dogs Human Trafficking Investigation
Soon after completing the auction mission, Aiden will begin receiving locations for possible Human Trafficking. To begin a mission, you must travel to a bidder’s location and hack into his phone. Hacking a bidder’s phone will mark location of a briefcase.
You must travel to the designated location followed by hacking into the apartment/storage of the bidder and subsequently finding the briefcase.
There are a total of 10 briefcases that you need to find which will unlock another mission.
This can be made relatively easier by unlocking all ctOS Tower on the Mini Map which will mark the locations of all possible bidders. Furthermore, these bidders can be hacked in any order.

Completing the investigation and Bonus Mission will reward you with Magnate LE vehicle and Revoking Client Privileges Achievement/Trophy.
Joshua Kramer
Location: Boat Yard Storage (Brandon Docks)
You will find this auctioneer standing near the bricks factory, right next to some rail tracks. Hack into his phone to discover the location of briefcase.
The terminal you need to hack is located in an alley opposite Pleasant Stay Hotel. After hacking the terminal, scan the briefcase sitting on the chair with a phone on book shelves.
Anton Chenkov
Location: Botanical Garden in Parker Square
You will find this bidder standing on a wooden platform terrace overlooking a small lake. Hack into his phone and discover the possible location for the briefcase.
Travel to the location marked on your map and hack into the ctOS terminal on the outside of a row of houses.
Once you hack into the terminal, scan the briefcase and hack into the phone sitting atop cupboard to complete this.
Gregory Foydalem
Location: Pawnee Cemetery
You will come across this bidder standing near a grave in the northeast side of Pawnee. Hack into his phone and note the location of the briefcase.
The briefcase will be located inside Tidis warehouse. You need to hack the ctOS terminal and solve an easy hacking puzzle to gain access.
Hack both into laptop and briefcase to complete it.
Darius Peaston
Location: Mad Mile (Near some plantation)
You will find him talking on the phone at the east side of the L-Train tracks, near some plantation in the midst of two buildings.
Hack into his phone to discover the location of briefcase.
You will find the ctOS terminal near an old theater, behind the fenced area. After the hack, scan the briefcase and phone to bring this douche to justice.
Francis T Barrthes
Location: Rubble Construction Site (The Wards)
Barrthes can be found near the construction site talking to someone. You will see a RIP written on a wall nearby. Hack into his phone to discover the location of his briefcase.
The ctOS terminal you need to hack will be located atop the stairs near Molar’s Grill sign.
Complete the hack puzzle followed by scanning the briefcase and hacking into a phone sitting on a desk to complete this.
Adolpho C Peccorino
Location: Ocean Tower Poolside (The Loop)
You will find him talking to someone near an empty pool in Ocean Tower; right next to some footling chairs. Hack into his phone to know the location of the briefcase.
You will find the ctOS terminal that you need to hack in an alleyway inside the complex.
Once again, scan the briefcase and hack into the phone to complete this.
David R. Treaklesen
Location: Waterfront Unloading Docks (Brandon Docks)
This douche can be seen standing on a bulwark in front of the gigantic ship. Discover the location of the briefcase by hacking into his phone.
The ctOS terminal that you need to hack into will be located behind a barrier in the east of Chenny’s Noodles.
Scan the briefcase and a phone on the bookshelf to complete this.
Paul Benedict Henfield
Location: Park Square Marina
This bidder can be found standing atop bulwark which is east of L-Train. Hack into his phone and discover the location of his briefcase.
The briefcase can be found adjacent to a small white shop with blue shed. Hack into the ctOS terminal and scan the briefcase along with a phone in front of TV to complete this.
Martin Graften
Location: The Loop (Right next to a Plaza)
You will come across Graften standing near a NVZN start; right next to a car display. Hack into his phone and set out to find the briefcase.
This terminal will be located at the bottom of a building between two green pillars. After hacking into the apartment, scan the briefcase and hack the phone on a wardrobe.
Carl Breenwood
Location: ctOS Control Center (Mad Mile)
Just head to the ctOS Control Center in Mad Mile and he will be standing in plain sight. Hack into his phone and discover the location of the briefcase.
The ctOS terminal that you need to hack is located will be at the bottom of a large staircase in the south side of the Brandon Docks.
Scan the briefcase and hack the phone to complete all the investigation and start the bonus mission.
Taking down Joseph DeMarco (Quinn’s Business Manager)
After finding all the briefcases, you will be provided with the location of Joseph DeMarco. Travel to his apartment and hack into the timed Hotspot to peek into his apartment.
After hacking into the apartment, hack into the cop’s phone and you will come to know that DeMarco is planning on leaving Chicago.
Grab any vehicle from nearby and start tailing DeMarco’s convey. Don’t hit any car in the covey or you will spook them; making things rather difficult.
Throughout the journey, you will come across a bunch of Blockers and Steam Pipes that you would be able to use to your advantage.
Taking down DeMarco’s Convey completes all Watch Dogs Human Trafficking Investigations.
