Watch Dogs 2 Key Data Locations and Puzzles Solutions Guide
The provided location is never 100% accurate, but you should have no difficulty finding the key data by simply roaming around the designated area. There is also this feature of finding nearby collectibles in the game.
Once you have one found a key data, you should be able to solve them with rather ease. These solutions sometimes involve using the RC Jumper or Quadcopter.

Once in the area, you need to head to the top-floor and find an open ventilation shaft inside the cell. Once in there, use the RC Jumper to head inside the shaft, jump up the small ledge, and find the key data.

Location: Palo Alto
You need to get to the area in the image, climb the box, and send in your RC jumper through space. Once in there, unlock the red BLUME box, and use your Quadcopter to follow the blue lines to hack and get the key data.

Location: Sutro Tower
This one is pretty simple. You basically need to send in your RC Jumper through space on the right-hand side of the room to find the key data inside.

Location: Ferry Building
This one is also very simple. You basically need to head to the top of the Ferry Building using your Quadcopter to receive the key data.

Location: Chinatown
You basically need to climb the ladder and unlock the red BLUME box. Once done, take out your RC Jumper and use its Speed Boost to cross the gap from the ramp to the other side. Once you are on the other side, open up the ventilation duct, and receive the key data.

Location: Yerba Buena Island
This one is located inside the hostile area. The best way to receive the key data is to stand outside and send in your RC Jumper to find it on the side of a truck.

Once you are in the area, you need to throw the car out of the blue container, head inside, and collect the key data.

After heading to the area, you basically need to climb the platform with the massive structure and find the key data up there.

Location: Elmhurst
You basically need to send in your RC Jumper into the hostile territory and find the key data on top of the yellow/black barriers ahead.

You need to climb to the top of the Auto Repair building and use the RC Jumper to head inside the locked door. Once inside, hack the red BLUME box, and grab the key data right in front of the door.

Location: Jack London Square
You basically need to go up the stairs and climb the yellow ladder at the top. Once you are up, hide someplace safe and use your RC Jumper to retrieve the key data from the inside of the central structure.

Location: New Dawn Facility
You need to stay someplace safe and send in your RC Jumper inside the hostile area in order to find the key data right next to an enemy.

Location: Fort Point
This one is pretty lengthy hacking so make sure to see all the images for the solutions. Once you have found all the points, simply unlock the door and find the key data.

You need to use your RC Jumper to cross the gap and continue to follow the way. Drop down from the end in order to find the key data.

For this, you need to head all the way to the backside of the building and climb the yellow ladder. Once you are up, unlock the red BLUME box, and use your Quadcopter to receive the key data. It is also recommended to eliminate all the enemies in the area before doing it.

Location: Kirby Cove
Since this is a hostile area, you need to send in your RC Jumper to collect the key data from the area.

Location: Nudle Park
This is one located inside an open container which can easily be acquired using your RC Jumper.

This is in another hostile area which is why you need to send in your RC Jumper from a safe location and collect the key data.

You basically need to send in your RC Jumper to the right-hand side corner from where the character is in the image. Once there, climb up and head inside a ventilation shaft. From there, you should be able to trigger a lengthy hacking puzzle and receive the final key data of the game.
