In Tomb Raider, the young and evolving Lara Croft has the option of raiding optional tombs located all over the island. The first tomb is called the Tomb of the Unworthy, which can be raided after reaching the Mountain Village.
The entrance to the tomb is north from the Fast Travel Camp, hidden behind the second waterfall, near the crashed airplane.
The Tomb of Worthy requires Lara to use her pace and skills to get through a cave that suggests foul rituals involving death and decay. With her survival instincts and her sharp reflexes, she can get up to raid the tomb of the treasure it withholds.
Requirements: You must have the Climbing Axe in order to raid the tomb.

Tomb of the Unworthy Walkthrough
Enter the narrow path just next to the waterfall, and climb ahead on the small wall with the help of your climbing axe. It’s dark in the upper tunnel, so light up a torch and move forward into the muddy cave.
The path is fairly narrow and straightforward, until you arrive at the tomb’s day camp. Move forward and you’ll come in a large area with skulls and what-not on the walls, along with 3 mummies tide up on a suspended platform.
Jump on the platform, and then jump again to the chamber with the lamp. Light up your torch, and then go back on the platform. Take your time and burn the three mummies. Once the bodies are burned, climb back up using the wooden wall.
Once you are up, you should see small cage to the right. Push it, and the platform should stop high above the ground. There’s a ramp on the left side from which you can perform a run-jump to grab on to the elevated platform. Once you are on the platform, jump on the left wall, and grab on to it with your Climbing Axe.
Ascend the wall and check the tunnel for the chest, which contains the treasure.
