Sony Will Announce Seven New PlayStation 4 Games At Paris Games Week

According to PlayStation Blog, Sony will make "seven all-new game announcements for PS4 and PS VR" in PlayStation’s Paris Games Week Media Showcase.

Sony isn’t joking when it comes to new game announcements and is always paying respects to fans with a great show in every event they attend. With Paris Games Week coming in a few days we are all hoping that we might see some new game action from Sony and we’ll probably get it. According to a recent post on PlayStation Blog, Sony will make “seven all-new game announcements for PS4 and PS VR” as well as an introductory live stream with 21 updates for already released titles.

Paris Games Week starts this Monday, October 30 with the aforementioned announcements taking place first at 8:00 am Pacific time. After that the PlayStation’s Paris Games Week Media Showcase beginning at 9:00 am Pacific Time.

The post also states that after the Showcase there will be more information about the games that we’ll be able to see. Most of those new announcements will probably be about smaller indie titles but don’t get your hopes up if you are looking for some AAA action. With seven new titles coming, there will be some worth noticing for sure.

Some rumors have said that we’ll be getting more information about the Final Fantasy 7 remake, along with a possible teaser for The Last Of Us 2. Final Fantasy 7 still has no information about its release due to Square Enix not wanting any information leaking out unless they’re apparently at an event.  There’s been no real explanation as to why The Last Of Us 2 hasn’t been getting any coverage though.

The Last Of Us 2 was announced at the PlayStation Experience last year, alongside the standalone Uncharted 4 expansion The Lost Legacy. The Lost Legacy has already been released, but since then Naughty Dog has finally been able to fully devote their resources to The Last Of Us 2.

PlayStation’s Paris Games Week Media Showcase will be available on live.playstation.comTwitch, YouTube, and Facebook this Monday, October 30.
