Sony Considering Pre-Order Incentives for PlayStation Store, Reveals Survey

A recent survey conducted by Sony has revealed that the company is considering to bring incentives to customers who choose to pre-order games from the PlayStation Store.

The complete survey was posted earlier today on NeoGAF, which shows some of the incentives players might get access to if Sony chooses to go ahead with this program. The list includes bonuses in the shape of single-player items, special day-one unlocks, additional in-game currency, themes and avatars, and more.

The survey also mentioned the possibility of free games, such as flOw from ThatGameCompany and Killzone: Shadow Fall from Guerrilla Games. Other options included extra content releases and early access to betas.

An incentive program would surely drive traffic towards the PlayStation Store and increase the usual number of pre-orders. Could it be possible that we hear Sony officially announcing the program at E3 2015 in June? Perhaps it’s too early for that, but nonetheless would be a pretty nifty feature to start the briefing with.
