Sekiro Shadows Die Twice Gameplay Coming Soon, Bloodborne 2 Announcement Set for Oct.14?

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice gameplay is to appear at From Software Gaming Event. The title will be playable in Osaka in less than a week from now.

Sekiro Shadows Die Twice is to appear in Japan, according to an announcement from From Software. The event will be held in Osaka on October 14. From Gaming Event will allow players to try Sekiro Shadows Die Twice.

The venue is MyDome Osaka located in Honmachibashi where four From Software games will be playable from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm JST. Each game they present has a different age rating which means not all games would be accessible to you. Depending on your age, you may or may not get to try Sekiro Shadows Die Twice.

From Software Gaming Event Age Ratings

  • Sekiro Shadows Die Twice – 17 and above
  • Déraciné – 12 and above
  • Metal Wolf Chaos XD – 15 and above
  • Dark Souls Remastered – 17 and above

The event is open to all free of cost; there are also quiz programs and stage shows planned by From Software. The curious aspect of this is that From Software doesn’t normally host events which means we may see a couple of surprises. It is a long shot but could we see Bloodborne 2? The game is rumored to be in development for a while now.

The original Bloodborne is among the first titles to release for PS4. The console is now coming to the end of its road but we are yet to see a sequel to Bloodborne.

Sony and From Software have a long-standing partnership so the lack of Bloodborne 2 is odd. Back in 2017, a report surfaced that talked about “Phantom Wail,” an in-development PS4 exclusive game.

It is believed that “Phantom Wail” is the awaited Bloodborne 2 but there is no official confirmation for the time being.

From Software Gaming event could bring news, even if it doesn’t, we have Sekiro Shadows Die Twice gameplay to look forward to. Do attend the event if you are in Osaka on October 14.
