Among the many stranger missions in Red Dead Redemption 2, Duchesses and Other Animals can be one of the most annoying ones since it mostly revolves around collecting stuff all over the game world. In order to receive this quest, you have to complete Chapter 4, The Gilded Cage. After that, head to North of Saint Denis where you will receive Duchesses and other Animals RDR2 stranger mission from Algernon Wasp.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Duchesses and other Animals
You will find Algernon Wasp in a Growing House behind the Blue Hotel and he requires you to collect items for him in order for him to complete his own items. He is going to hand over a list of items to you that you have to find and give him to complete the various mini-quests in Duchesses and other animals stranger mission.
You will have to explore the world in order to get those items for this stranger mission. Your items are scattered in various locations and you have to find them to take them to Algernon Wasp. He is going to make you complete five rounds for finding the exotic items for him.

Quest 1
Talk to Algernon and he will ask for the following items.
5 Little Egret Plumes – Bayou Nwa, north of Saint Denis.
5 Reddish Egret Plumes – Bayou Nwa, north of Saint Denis.
5 Snowy Egret Plumes – Bayou Nwa, north of Saint Denis.
15 Lady of the Night Orchids – southern shore, north of the Kamassa River and Caliga Hall.
Find the items and take them to Algernon Wasp.
Quest 2
Once you complete quest 1 and bring Algernon his items, he will give you another list of items.
20 Heron Plumes – north of Saint Denis
7 Lady Slipper Orchid – Big Valley
10 Moccasin Orchid – Roanoke Ridge.
Find the items and take them to Algernon for completion of this stage of Duchess and other animals RDR2 mission.
Quest 3
Once you complete quest 2 and bring Algernon his items, he will give you another list of items.
25 Gator Eggs – Bayou Nwa
3 Acuna’s Star Orchid – Bayou Nwa
7 Cigar Orchid – Bayou Nwa
5 Ghost Orchid – Bayou Nwa
Find the items and take them to Algernon.
Quest 4
Once you complete quest 3 and bring Algernon Wasp his items, he will give you another list of items.
30 Spoonbill Plumes – Bayou Nwa
10 Rat Tail Orchid – Bayou Nwa
5 Spider Orchid – Bayou Nwa
5 Night scented Orchid – Braithwaite Manor
Find the items and take them to Algernon
Quest 5
Once you complete quest 4 of Duchesses and other animals and bring Algernon his items, he will give you another list of items.
5 Clam Shell Orchid – east of Caliga Hall
5 Queen’s Orchid – Bayou Nwa
10 Sparrow Egg Orchid – north of Roanoke Ridge
5 Dragon’s Mouth Orchid – Grizzlies East
Once you are done with quest 5 and you return to Algernon Wasp, your quest will be finished.
You are going to receive $ 760, Hat, Revolver as rewards for completing this RDR2 stranger mission.
