Console Commands in Minecraft are incredibly simple to use. Prior to creating a world, you will be asked whether to enable cheats or not. How to Use Minecraft Console Commands and Cheats

Once you are in the world, you need to press the ‘C’ key in order to bring up a command bar in which you need to enter all your Minecraft Cheat Codes. One important thing that you need to know is to ensure that your desired console command is prefixed by a forward slash or /. Once you have entered a correct command prefixed by /, simply hit the ‘Enter’ key to see the effect.

/help [Command]
Details a particular command and its effect.

/give [Amount] [DataValue]
This allows you to give another player an items or items from your inventory.

/tp [Player]
This command should allow you to teleport you or another player to your desired location.

Allows you to kill your character or another player by adding his/her name to the command.

Allows you to change the weather or world.

Creative Mode
/gamemode creative
It enables flight, unlimited resources, and prevents mobs from attacking you.

Survival Mode
/gamemode survival
It allows mobs to attack you and you must collect resources and everything.

Set Time
/time set 0
It allows you to change the time of the day, ‘0’ for dawn, ‘6000’ for midday, ‘12000’ for dusk, and ‘18000’ for night.

/difficulty peaceful
It changes the difficulty. You can replace ‘Peaceful’ with ‘Easy’, ‘Normal’, or ‘Hard’.

Seed Code
It allows you to acquire a code for your world that you can use in order to load the identical world at a later date.

Keep Inventory Upon Death
/gamerule keepInventory true
This essentially allows you to keep your inventory upon dying.

Stop Time

This basically allows you to stop the game’s day/night cycle.

Water Damage
This allows you to toggle Water Damage on or off.

Smelt Item
This allows you to turn any item into its smelted form.

Instant Plant
This allows you to instantaneously grow a plant.

Store Items
This allows you to store all of your inventory items into a chest that appears near your characters.

Item Damage
This prevents your items from degrading in the game.

This simply duplicates your equipped items.
