Mafia 3 to Retain Elements which Made First Two Mafia Games Unique

Hanger 13 has confirmed that it has invited many people from 2K Czech who previously worked on last Mafia games for Mafia 3.

US-based studio, Hanger 13 is collaborating with 2K Czech [formely Illusion Softworks who developed the first two Mafia games] in order to develop the upcoming Mafia 3.

While speaking with PCGames.De; Hanger 13 Design Director Matthias Worch said that Novato-based studio invited the creative line from 2K Czech because the studio realized that it is better if everyone sits together.

One of the persons who has been invited from 2K Czech is the Environment Artist who worked on the original Mafia and Mafia II. In addition to this, there is the entire media team and a lot of programmers who worked on last games.

Worch also added that Mafia 3 has all the elements which made the first two Mafia games unique. Unique elements such as a strong storyline and good cut-scene will be retained in the upcoming game. The people who made cut-scenes in Mafia 2 are also working on Mafia 3.

Mafia 3 is scheduled to released sometime in 2016 for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
