Lenovo ThinkPad E485 E585 business laptops will feature AMD Ryzen Mobile CPUs. The specifications have been published pretty quietly and you might not have noticed. AMD Ryzen Mobile aims to provide great value inside the Lenovo ThinkPad E485 and E585. These are business laptops and should be considered if you are in the market for getting a new business laptop.

The Lenovo laptops will be available in a wide variety of configurations including AMD Ryzen 7 2700U, Ryzen 5 2500U and Ryzen 3 2200U. These come with Radeon Vega 10, Radeon Vega 8 and the Radeon Vega 3 APUs respectively. You can configure up to 32 GB of RAM as well as a combination of SSD and HDD.

While both laptops are identical there is a difference in screen size as well as resolution which is something that you will need to keep in mind if you are interested in buying one of these laptops. The laptops will feature a 45W battery which is rated to provide 9 hours of battery life. This is something that we will need to take a look at in order to confirm but you should be able to get 5 hours with ease keeping in mind the specifications of both laptops.

While these laptops do not fit into the thin and light category, they are pretty robust. If you want a thin and light then there are other models out there that might meet your specifications better.
