Archery is one of the many ways to dispel your enemies in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. The process of using a bow and arrow may seem straightforward but more complicated, making the entire process rather confusing.
This guide’ll review the six best tips for mastering Archery in Kingdom Come Deliverance. Additionally, we’ll also look at all available bows in the game.
1. Study the trajectory for every bow
In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, every bow has its shooting trajectory, which you can learn by practicing. The Trajectory helps you better aim shots, allowing your arrows to connect to targets more consistently. The best way of practicing the skill is by Hunting. Be sure to check out our Hunting Guide to learn more about it.
2. Gloves are important
Always equip gloves when using a bow and arrow in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. When equipped with gloves, every shot will deal +5 damage to the enemy. It is important to note that the type of gloves you wear does not matter.
3. Enable crosshairs
PC users can type a command in the console i.e. ‘wh_pl_showfirecursor 1’ to get some aim assistance. Since this only works with console commands, you cannot enable crosshairs on the PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch versions of the game. You can also learn more about Console Commands by visiting the page.
4. Consider the stats for archery
There are two main stats i.e. Agility and Bow. Agility allows you to use a higher-level Bow. Bow, on the other hand, increases the Attack Damage and Attack Power. Failing to meet these stats will drastically decrease your damage output.
5. Practice makes perfect
Every Bow has its own release time that you need to perfect by practicing. If you let go too early, the arrow will not reach the target, and if you hold for too long, you will run out of stamina. Do note that you can always cancel the charged arrow.
The Bow has the potential to one-shot an enemy if you manage to score a headshot. The Bow can be mighty effective but requires a lot of practice and patience. Therefore, ensure you have trained yourself well enough to use the weapon. To increase your Bow Accuracy, you can brew Bowman’s Brew, which requires Spiritus, 2x Eyebright, and 1x St John’s Wort.
6. Go to archery contests
Kingdom Come Deliverance has plenty of archery contests that you can go to. Not only can you earn decent rewards from these events but this is also a great way to advance your archery level and practice your archery skills.
