There is sure as shooting no incertitude that PS4 is a great console. However, there are some issues users might go through that could ruin their experience. One of these issues is a stuck disc which can be easily resolved by following these steps:

Step #1
First, you need to turn off your console and remove all the cables. Place your Playstation 4 console on a plain surface and place your palms on the shiny surface of the console.

Now, rest your fingers on the side of this shiny area and apply a little pressure to pull off this cover. After you hear a clicking sound, remove the panel starting from the left.

Once you have removed this cover, you will see two vents as shown in the picture. Start from the front and you will see an individual trilateral slot.

After you locate this slot, you will see a manual eject screw in there.

This is where your screw driver comes in. Insert your screw driver inside this manual eject screw and rotate it contraclockwise 4-5 times. Keep on doing this until you see the disc coming out of tray.

Grab the disc and gently pull it out of the tray. Place the shiny part back on its place and press it until you hear the clicking sound.

Attach the cables back in their place and happy gaming!
