This is a Nexus exclusive mod and you will need Nexus Mod Launcher to install the Fallout 4 Derivable Motorcycle Mod. However, sometimes even with the launcher a mod can’t be installed so in this case just drag and drop the files in the data folder of the game and open the fallout4.ini and add the following line in the file.
