Deus Ex is a major third party game that should make it to NX. But the system is coming out in March 2017 and by than it would be too late.

The good news is that Square Enix is supporting the system and will release games for it. There are unannounced projects in development it seems.

Nintendo NX is expected to be fully revealed later this year via an exclusive Nintendo event. Rumor has it that the console is using a TEGRA X2 chip which should be powerful enough to run games like Deus Ex if it ever made it to NX.
