Destiny 2 Forsaken Items Dropping A Week Earlier, Here Is Where To Find Them!

Items and exotics that were supposed to drop in-game with the launch of Destiny 2 Forsaken are dropping prior to it thanks to a bug in the game.

Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion is less than a week away from launch. However, the items and exotics that were supposed to drop in-game with the launch of the expansion are dropping prior to it thanks to a bug in the game.

A bug is causing Destiny 2 Forsaken items and overhauled exotics to drop before the official launch of the expansion.

This has also given us the chance to take a look a the armor pieces and what changes to stats Bungie has brought in the game.

This bug has appeared following Bungie rolled out update 2.0.0 in the follow up to Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion.

However, Bungie has noted that it is aware of the bug and is currently investigating why the items are dropping before the expansion’s official launch.

You can check out the Destiny 2 Forsaken items that have been dropping in the game in the images(courtesy of PCInvasion) below.

The images also reveal that Bungie has reworked armors in the game as they no longer bear fixed perks that determine Mobility, Resilience, and Recovery.

With Destiny 2 Forsaken, players will see an extra column for perks that will determine “ready speed, reload speed, target acquisition and flinch”.

If you are interested to pick these items up before the Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion launch, here are the locations where you can find the items.

  • Complete Public Events on Mars for Flashpoint and then speak with Ana Bray. You will be able to get Legendary Forsaken armor sets.
  • Exotic drops also include items from Destiny 2 Forsaken Expansion.
  • Exotic engrams, Engrams from milestones, Raid chests.
  • Leviathan Drain chest.
  • After beating Calus on Prestige.
  • Chests in Eater of Worlds and Spire of Stars.

Speaking of the game, Bungie has noted that mods in Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion will get some reworks as mods will be fewer and more useful.

The expansion will see Guardians going on a journey to avenge the death of the iconic and fa favorite character, Cayde-6.

However, despite Bungie being committed to the death of Cayde-6, fans still convinced that Bungie will bring the fan favorite character back. We will have to wait and see how the story will unfold.

Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion will launch on September 4, 2018, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
