Crystal Dynamics Discuss PS5 Enhancements for Marvel’s Avengers

Crystal Dynamics discussed the PS5 enhancements for Marvel's Avengers in a recent interview with YouTuber HipHopGaming, among other mechanics.

A recent interview from YouTuber HipHopGaming has given us a bit more insight into how Crystal Dynamics’ Avengers game will be working, not just with the characters and story but also in terms of graphics. PS5 enhancements for Marvel’s Avengers will be taken into account during development, alongside everything else.

There’s a large amount of information that’s already available about the game: the Avengers fail to stop a terrorist attack that results in devastation to San Francisco, causing them to split up and go their separate ways. Now they have to come back together in the face of a new threat.

Alongside various different playable Avengers, players will also be able to play Ms. Marvel, otherwise known as Kamala Khan, who serves as the protagonist in the story. However, this isn’t a sudden addition to an already-established roster of superheroes, as Khan was supposed to be the protagonist from the beginning.

The PS5 enhancements for Marvel’s Avengers will also be playing into the game itself. Crystal Dynamics will be taking advantage of that console’s new features to enhance gameplay, though right now we don’t have any confirmation about whether or not the same can be said of the Xbox Scarlett and its own new features.

The Playstation 5 promises better graphics, more processing power, and higher resolution and framerate, likely meaning that gameplay in the Playstation 5 version of the Avengers game will be faster and more fluid than it would be on the Playstation 4.

Considering what we’ve seen of the game’s combat, which in addition to each Avenger’s different powers will also include various team-up moves, the PS5 enhancements for Marvel’s Avengers will definitely be helpful in helping the game to look the best that it can.

You’ll be able to pick up Marvel’s Avengers on May 15 of 2020 for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
