Could the Quantic Dream Collection Be Releasing February 2016?

It appears that the release date for the Quantic Dream Collection on PlayStation 4 may have been leaked. Though there is no official confirmation as of yet.

While Quantic Dream may be focusing more on Detroit, fans of their previous PlayStation 3 games will still be interested in when the promised collection will be coming to PlayStation 4. From the look of Amazon’s German site, we may have a release date, though this is of course only a rumour.

The page, which can be viewed here does look to be more than just a placeholder for the game, which makes the date interesting. Is February 16, 2016 a believable date for the games to be released? It does feel like a fair date to be aimed at.

As fans of the games will know, the Quantic Dream Collection will include Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls which are quick time heavy adventures that play out more like interactive stories. After the success of Until Dawn though which uses a similar style with a lot of success it will be interesting if these games gather more fans because of it. Though they do have plenty already who remember the games on the PlayStation 3.

It will be interesting to see what the release on PlayStation 4 brings to the games, as they did look impressive on the previous generation consoles already. This same comparison could have been given to The Last of Us though and that did show an impressive upgrade in the visuals, so this may be something to look forward to. It will be interesting to see if they also have a Photo Mode to show off how good the game can look.

What do you think of the new release date? Does it seem a good time to release the games? Let us know your thoughts below.
