With each release of a Call of Duty game the Zombie mode is always one of the much anticipated elements. Today Treyarch have revealed the latest trailer for Shadows of Evil, the latest chapter of the undead tales in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

As with previous zombie modes the game will features some star power to catch the interest of gamers. This we see Jeff Goldblum, Heather Graham, Neal McDonough, and Ron Perlman. Set in the 1940s, with a film noir theme we see the Femme Fatale, Magician, Cop and Boxer in Morg City. Witnessing their crimes (murder) which have opened themselves up to some kind of curse, we also hear the Shadow Man as the narrator.

Watching the trailer you can’t help but be caught up in the hype for Shadows of Evil, as this is a very good introduction into the game. Whether the actual gameplay can live up to what we see here though is another matter, but with the zombie mode being promised to be the deepest zombie experience yet then maybe it will.

With the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 less than a month away we can expect the hype to start to build up even more now. With Sony managing to steal the exclusivity deal for the game though, releasing of DLC will be slightly different this time, with the releases going to the Playstation 4 before it hits the other platforms. With Campaign mode also not making it to the previous generation consoles it will be interesting to see how fans of the game will react to that too.
