There’s a new PlayStation 4 “Player Bundle” listed on Amazon Italy which includes three first-party games from Sony.
Alongside the standard console itself, players will also be receiving digital download codes for the recently released Bloodborne from From Software, The Last of Us: Remastered from Naughty Dog, and The Order: 1886 from Ready at Dawn.
According to the listing, the bundle will be available from April 13, but a price is not currently available. It’s also unknown whether this “Player Bundle” will be available for other regions or is exclusive to Italy.
This is an ideal offer for those who have yet to purchase a PlayStation 4. Though I personally feel that this bundle would have been even more attractive if it had included inFamous: Second Son instead of The Order: 1886.
E3 2015 is fast approaching and there are assumptions that Sony might announce a price reduction for its console, alongside the announcement of perhaps new PlayStation 4 models. The old consensus that Sony needs no price reduction since it has been selling so well, might now be overthrown.
It’s also important that Sony announces at least one major exclusive for the holidays. With Uncharted 4 delayed, this Christmas season is looking barren for Sony’s console.
