Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 Pandemic Mode Teased On Twitter, Coming Tomorrow

A new Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Pandemic mode has been teased on Twitter, and will become available to play tomorrow, August 6.

Treyarch has teased a new mode for Call of Duty Black Ops 4 on Twitter, which will apparently be some other form of zombies mode that is similar to the Infected modes in other Call of Duty games. The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Pandemic mode will be coming tomorrow, August 6.

While Call of Duty’s main zombie connection is related to the Nazi zombies mode that started with Call of Duty World At War and has been in every Call of Duty game since then in some form, the Infected mode (or possibly Pandemic, in this case) is a much more conventional multiplayer experience.

Instead, it operates as a standard Infection game mode, with one player starting as a zombie and having to run around killing other players to create more zombies as the other human players try to stay alive against ever-increasing numbers of zombies.

Considering that we see a snippet of gameplay from a zombie’s point of view, the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Pandemic mode is likely the same sort of game, though it might be something different. Considering it comes out tomorrow, August 6, at least we won’t have long to wait.

While Pandemic could be the same as the Infected mode, it could also be similar to the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds zombie mode, where players are dropped onto the battle royale map but with the vast majority of players being zombies, forcing the players to work together to stay alive.

Exactly what kind of zombie game this will be, again, still remains to be seen since we likely won’t see anything from it until tomorrow when the update goes live. If you want to see the teaser of the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Pandemic mode for yourself, you can look at the Treyarch Twitter page. Otherwise, put on your zombie-killing face.
