Resident Evil 2 Remake release date is finally close. To excite the fans furthermore, Director and producer of Resident Evil 2 Remake have revealed its campaign length which tells us that it’s far longer than the original game.
Director Kazunori Kadoi and producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi shared some exciting new details about Resident Evil 2 Remake during a recent launch event in Dubai.
One of the most important things revealed was the campaign length of RE2 Remake which will be around 10 hours for each character. That means you will get to play a lot with your favorite characters in Resident Evil 2 Remake with this increased campaign length. The original Resident Evil 2 game took around 4 to 5 hours for each so that’s definitely improved with the remake. Speedruns of Resident Evil 2 Remake will further shorter the campaign completion time.
Kazunori Kadoi and producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi were also asked about the possible remake of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis but they didn’t have anything to say on that matter. Though if the rumors are true and by looking at the current demand for it, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis will be eventually made.
Resident Evil 2 Remake campaign length has definitely increased as it features a lot more than Claire and Leon’s campaigns. Unlockables like The Fourth Survivor and Tofu from the original Resident Evil 2 will be also returning so be ready.
