Cyberpunk 2077 has now officially made its way to the upcoming list of Xbox One X enhanced games which hints us that CD Projekt RED is ready to reveal the release date sometime soon.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a game in works from years at CD Projekt. It’s without a doubt one of the most anticipated games ever to release. That’s why the fans of Cyberpunk 2077 are desperately waiting to know the official release date.
Microsoft recently updated their list of Xbox One X enhanced games list. This updated Xbox One X enhanced list has brought many new changes and additions to it. One of the most prominent names to be a part of this Xbox One X list is Cyberpunk 2077 followed by games like Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution and three Final Fantasy games.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently listed as “in development” on the list of Xbox One X enhanced games. It’s really something good to be excited about for the fans of Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One X. Usually, games get Xbox One enhancement after the official release date so seeing Cyberpunk 2077 already in works is definitely a good sign.
Now this addition to the list has also given us some hopes that Cyberpunk 2077 release date might be coming close. We are expecting it to release sometime in 2019 as it’s been in development for a very long time.
There’s not an official release date set for Cyberpunk 2077 yet by CD Projekt Red. Despite Cyberpunk 2077 having no release date, directors of the game have started talking a lot about the game. Recently CD Projekt Red revealed that the game is not exactly what the players think as it’s set in a very dark place. It’s not a superhero game like Spiderman-PS4.
Stanis Swiecicki a writer at CD Projekt RED said:
We’re putting all our narrative firepower into allowing gamers to experience their story, one in which their decisions will shape who their character really is. It goes without question, though, that the dystopian future we’re putting you in is a dark and violent place. Being in control of who you are and having it stay that way is what matters most. You’re never trying to save the world, it’s always about saving yourself.
CD Projekt Red has also confirmed that there will be various side missions in Cyberpunk 2077. These will also have an impact on the main storyline which makes it quite similar to Witcher 3. Well, Witcher 3 was a huge success so we don’t mind having anything from it.
Though don’t worry about the gameplay as CD Projekt assures that they will not be padding out the gameplay to extend playtime. They avoid repetition and that’s what the fans of Cyberpunk 2077 are looking for.
Also, there’s not going to be any downgrades at the final launch of the game. CD Projekt promises that they will never release something they are not satisfied with.
We are expecting CD Projekt to reveal Cyberpunk 2077 release date sometime soon so keep checking back at Segmentnext.com to know it first.
