Devil May Cry 5 Is Being Made By People That Are Hardcore Fans Of The Franchise

There are actual hardcore Devil May Cry players working on Devil May Cry 5. Some of the people also worked on the original game.

Devil May Cry 5 is the next game in the franchise and keeping in mind that the franchise is very old indeed, you might imagine that there are some people working on the game that are actually hardcore Devil May Cry players. You are right in thinking so.

There are actual hardcore Devil May Cry players working on the game. Other than that there are people that worked on the original game and are now working on the new one. That is very exciting indeed. Itsuno had the following to say regarding the matter:

It’s very much… We have all these core people playing the game and making the game, and from the beginning one of our concepts that we absolutely needed to hit was this has to be a game that the core needs to love. The core needs to love this game.

I don’t know about the rest of the people but knowing that the game is being made by actual fans, you just expect more and you have a sense of confidence that what you will get in the end will be something extraordinary. I am sure that will be the case and keeping in mind what we have seen so far, the game will surely meet the expectations of the fans. Itsuno further went on to mention the following:

We made sure that we’d never lose that, but at the same time we had a ton of people playtest the game – people that’d never played the series playtest so that we could ideally lower that hurdle while still keeping the line up here for the core, so they’d definitely enjoy the game. We thought a lot about what we could do to still make it something that can be enjoyable for people that are new to the series as well.

Development of Devil May Cry 5 seems to be going pretty great keeping in mind what we have seen and heard so far. For more information regarding the game stay tuned.
