Ubisoft’s Far Cry 5 is finally releasing next week on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. If you’re like us, then you might be thinking how long will it take to finish the campaign? The answer is that it will be around 25 hours for a good player as told by Executive Producer Dan Hay during an interview recently.
Hay also said that “What we’re seeing is people going into the world being distracted from the main story and just spending four or five hours fishing or hunting, or just doing stuff that we didn’t really prepare for. So it all depends on how you play.”
Far Cry 5 is an open world game meaning everyone will play it differently doing things along the main storyline so time varies from player to player.
Along with the campaign, Arcade mode is one of the coolest feature brought to the game with a revamped map editor which you can use to make your own scenarios and levels the way you like. You can also share it with others and play someone else’s custom level. Ubisoft will have their own custom levels too.
Hay also discussed the new map editor and said that the one in Far Cry 4 was chunky so this time, he’s looking forward to making things easier to use in Far Cry 5.
Far Cry recently revealed the trophy list of the game which consists a total of 51 trophies available including some hidden trophies. We had a closer look at trophies if you are interested you can check it out here.
