Leaked Assassin’s Creed Concept Art Reveals Next Game To Be Set In Feudal Japan

It hasn't been two months since the launch of Assassin's Creed Origins and a leaked Assassin's Creed concept art suggests that next game will be in Japan.

Ubisoft has broken the yearly cycle of the Assassin’s Creed titles with skipping last year and Assassin’s Creed Origins launching this year, however, it hasn’t been two months since the launch of Assassin’s Creed Origins and a leaked Assassin’s Creed concept art has made its way on the internet.

According to the leaked Assassin’s Creed concept art, the next entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise might take place in Feudal Japan. The leaked Assassin’s Creed concept art came from a Ubisoft concept artist who posted some images of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed concept art.

If you look at the one of the concept art below, you will notice an Assassins riding on horses towards a fortress which looks very similar to Temples in Japan, also the horse rider has Assassin’s mark on his back. Check out the concept art below.

However, take it as a grain of salt until Ubisoft officially confirms it but the evidence is quite strong that the next entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be taking the series to Feudal Japan, as the concept artist himself works at Ubisoft Montreal.

However, that is not the only Assassin’s Creed we might be hearing about in a leak or rumor as another leak suggests that Ubisoft will be bringing Assassin’s Creed Rogue HD to current gen consoles.

Originally Assassin’s Creed Rogue launched for Xbox 360 and PS3 was released for PC sometime later. However, it seems that Ubisoft is looking to bring the game to current gen consoles. Whether it is true or not? we will know for sure if the game actually releases for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

What do you think of this leaked concept art? Will Ubisoft finally give us the Assassin’s Creed game set in Japan? Let us know in the comments.
