Xbox users are part of the gaming community but it seems that Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 developers do not look at things that way. The Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 version for Xbox will not come with the season pass, unlike PC and PS4. This hints that Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 developers are giving more importance to PC and PS4 as compared to the Xbox One.
It was only a matter of time before someone asked Phil Spencer what was going on and it so happened on Twitter. A gamer asked Phil Spencer about what was going on and here is what he had to say about the matter:
I saw the announcement today. I did not like it, I’ll investigate what’s going on here
Surely Spencer is as shocked as the rest of us are about these turn of events and he is known for giving people good news so we will have to see what kind of magic he can manage to work. I am sure that this will take some time to sort itself out but it will be interesting to see which direction this goes.
Talking about the no season pass for Xbox, I think that it is not fair and that even though there are more PS4 and PC users, platforms should be given equal love. This will not leave a great impression on gamers that are on the Xbox One platform. I wonder what the developers have to say about that.
We will have to wait and see that the end result is but, for now, I am sure that there are plenty of Xbox One users that are not pleased with this move and I think I am lucky to have shifted from Xbox One to PC just in time. Let us know what you think about Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 season pass being sold separately for Xbox One.
