Final Fantasy XV is just two weeks away from launch and fans of the series are excited that the game is finally going to be released. Now the Final Fantasy XV’s file size on Xbox One has been revealed.
According to the listing on Xbox Store, Final Fantasy XV weighs 46.7 GB on Xbox One. Given the current game industry standards the file size for the game is quite normal.
While the game will launch later this month for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but Final Fantasy XV will also support PlayStation 4 Pro. The patch for the game to support the upgraded console will launch in December.
Final Fantasy XV will have 4K display mode at 30 frames per second, and a 1080p display mode but the frame rate will vary between 45 and 60FPS. But there is still time before the game launches so the developers will keep on working for a stable 60 frames per second.
However, the game will not take full advantage of the upgraded console. According to Hajime Tabata, the development team did not come to know about the PlayStation 4 Pro long ago, and due to short time, they will not be able to take full advantage of PlayStation 4 Pro’s upgraded hardware.
He assured fans that there is still time before the game launches and PlayStation 4 Pro patch will be available at launch, and the game will be optimized for the console and will definitely look more beautiful.
Also, Final Fantasy XV soundtrack is available for pre-order, which will be available on December 21, 2016. The soundtrack will be available in three different editions.
