Shadow of Mordor PS4 Pro patch is available to download. The update will prepare the game for the upcoming release of the PlayStation 4 Pro.

Sony announced the PlayStation 4 Pro in September and revealed that it will run games at 4K. It is not exactly native 4K but it is the next best thing. It uses a checkerboard technique to upscale the game.
Many other PS4 games getting the same treatment on PS4 Pro. Sony is making sure that developers provide optimal support for PS4 Pro.

Sony is happy with the response it received from the community. Jim Ryan stated:
I’ve been told, just before we had this conversation, that pre-orders in the UK are looking pretty good. I can’t give you the numbers yet, but I’m pleasantly surprised. We will have a significant amount of stock at launch and then through Christmas. I can’t tell you whether that’s enough, but I remember we had a similar conversation about PlayStation VR, and I couldn’t answer that one either.
PS4 Pro is releasing on November 10 for $399.
