Since Activision has a deal with Sony right now, the Salvation DLC will be available first on PS4 while PC and Xbox One versions are scheduled for a later date.

Mark Lamia, Studio Head at Treyarch said

Without a doubt, this is the most epic season of DLC that we’ve ever created for fans of Multiplayer and Zombie. At this point it goes without saying, that Zombies has been a true labor of love for the studio, and I’m proud to say that this will be a defining and epic experience for the fans who have joined us over the last 8 years.

Salvation will include Revelations, the final chapter of the Origins Zombies saga where the characters; Richtofen, Dempsey, Takeo and Nikolai will face off against Doctor Monty in The House.

The four multiplayer maps in the DLC are:

• Citadel: a medieval themed map in a broken down castle
• Micro: a miniaturized warzone on a picnic table
• Outlaw: a western styled reimagining of the popular Standoff map from Black Ops 2
• Rupture: reimagined version of Outskirts from Call of Duty World at War as a high-tech facility

Salvation DLC is set to launch on PS4 on 6th September, soon after the Call of Duty XP event where Infinity Ward will finally unveil the multiplayer mode of Infinite Warfare, the next game of the franchise.

Those interested can get their hands on the DLC by purchasing the season pass for $49.99 or buying the pack separately for $14.99. The DLC content or the season pass is not available on PS3 or Xbox 360.
